I booked an appointment on ZocDoc, and the afternoon before my appointment they called and said that they couldn’t see me for another 2 weeks. Do not book through ZocDoc because they show openings that they don’t have.

Facilities are modern and clean, and staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Aram is very thorough asking questions and examining locations with pain. You can tell she really cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable.

Warm & welcoming office staff is professional, polite & thorough.Dr Aram spent time listening to my concerns & making recommendations before my treatment. She made sure I understood my options & I was comfortable moving forward. I appreciated not only her amazing knowledge but also the time she spent with me. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Dr. Aram and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Aram doesn't rush you through your appointment but takes the time to listen and answer any and all questions. She's not interested in medicating your pain she's working to help you eliminate the pain. She's very thorough and isn't looking to bilk your insurance or wallet, she genuinely wants to help. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful, comfortable office. Dr. Aram was the kindest. She walked me step by step and answered my questions. The epidural was much easier than expected. I even got to pick my music! She made convo and I felt I was in good hands. 👍

I must be honest, I was a little skeptical about going to Expert Care Center for pain management even though I was recommended by family members that I trust dearly. I felt I had no other options as I'm going on vacation for two weeks, with lots of walking involved and I couldn't walk at all. I called and spoke to Anna, who felt my pain on the phone and squeezed me in on a triple appointment. To my amazement, Dr Aram and staff were efficient, thorough, kind, gentle and loving too. I'm happy to report that after 24 hours, I am on the mend about 85%. Thank you and much love to the entire office.
