Very rude, unprofessional, worst experience ever, my advice to anybody is to stay away from this Dr, he refuse to answer my questions, he got angry and storm out of the office, he only want to talk but he did not allow (me and wife) to ask question, he spoke to us like we are children, however the the staff, specially the nurse assistance? are great.

This was my first visit with Dr Coronado. He was pleasant, gave me all the time I needed. He asked important questions and made recommendations that were well thought out and in my best interest. The office staff were professional and very helpful in meeting our needs.

Find another practice because this place is not acceptable. I'm on life supporting medication due to virus attacking heart which is a big issue if I don't have. Switched insurance companies January and Publix pharmacy is not in network so I gave info for Walgreens which I was told they will contact with Rx. This is before I ran out of medication, well they called into Publix so I contacted to let them know they made a mistake. They apologized and said would call into Walgreens... well they called back into Publix 2nd time, very hard to contact but again apologized and for the 3rd time called into Publix, called again and for the 4th time called into wrong pharmacy. UNBELIEVABLE 4x in a row. 5th time called into correct pharmacy Walgreens and was able to get my meds but missed a full day and could feel irregular feeling in heart. Beginning of September 2020 I called to have prescription updated because Dr. office was denying meds when I just had appointment 2 months prior. So I set appointment with Dr. Coronado and he called me couple days later for online appointment and he said appointment was not needed due to seeing him recently. So all this for nothing and keep in mind Walgreens contacted office 3X and received 3 denials. Dr. Coronado said he will have Rx called into pharmacy. I said thanks and please make sure they call into correct pharmacy due to last complete nightmare. He said no problem and confirmed with me the pharmacy which I gave Walgreen info again. Can you believe they didn't call into Walgreens but Publix. I contacted America who may be office manager who was also involved with fiasco at beginning of year. She is the one I talked to about correcting issue which she said Rx would be called into Walgreens which was Wednesday last week and only have enough meds for 1 and a half more days. Thursday nothing, Friday I called spoke with nice lady and she said she sees no order in system to call in Rx. Ok, at this point I have completely lost it and out of meds. She said she will have this taken care of immediately on Friday...it didn't happen Friday and they are closed on Sat. Sun. Well they called meds back into Publix where my insurance does not accept but don't want to have a heart attack and went to Publix today first thing and paid out of pocket. The only common factor in this was girl named America and thinking it could be the system but when I was told she never entered order for Rx on Wednesday so she is part of the big problem. Not to mention office constantly billing me incorrectly which I think they do on purpose because some people will just pay. OFFICE IS COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL AND DOESN'T MATTER HOW GOOD DR. IS WHEN OFFICE IS INCOMPETENT! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE BECAUSE WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO GET ON PHONE UNLESS SETTING APPOINTMENT. (Which is only way I could get someone live) All this stress and wasted time involved was totally unnecessary and not good for my condition. I like Dr. but I'm done with this place and highly recommend you nip this in the bud and find another practice..... My apologies for such a long post.

Excellant doctor with great staff

Dr Coronado's professionalism, compassion, attention to detail is like no other Dr. My Grandmother has been his patient many years and had triple bypass among many other complications and Dr Coronado has made me, my family, my Grandmother so comfortable, he is simply amazing! I cannot express our gratitude towards him and his staff. I will be a new patient for as long as he is practicing!!! Kudos and thank you so much!!!!

i not sure how he has clients because his staff is the worst staff i every came encounter with. when scheduling an appointment they are so clueless of their responsiblities. they schedule an appointment, you get there they say you don't have an appointment. so you got to reschedule your whole day. while you are there they say no you don't have an appointment come back on this day. so you come back that day to be told again saying we had to reschedule you. if you need to reschedule call the patient to confirm that day is good. just don't make changes and don't contact the patient

Dr. Coronado was efficient, patient, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him.

If I could possibly give him 10 STARS or more, I gladly would...speechless. He is most likely the best Cardiologist, has the best bed side manor, the best personality, compassion and concern for his patients. I am grateful that my grandmother was lucky enough to choose him years ago, love him as her Dr. implicitly all these years and in a moment of crisis he changed all of our lives. Unfortunately, I have had a most negative experience with Dr. Coronado and his practice, more to the point with his Office Manager William Lyons. A major communication breakdown took place when I called the office on a Friday to report a medical issue of extremely high blood pressure results never experienced and was inquiring as to what I should do.
