lady is a whack job stay away from her she will not help you and will not listen, since she knows everything, but how to treat patients, particularly ones with dependency issues she will have you think you have a mental issue, she is a sham STAY AWAY FROM HER

SHE NEGLECTED ME AND OFFENDED ME This doctor was frustrated from the beginning and began complaining about how her team was disorganized. She started off with telling me she didn't see Voc rehab patients and then proceeded to tell me that she was seeing me, making it seem like it was by some miracle of God. I have a history of not taking medication and sometimes because of my severe depression I isolate and don't show up to my appointments ,this includes work and family events just for her to tell me that what I was feeling wasn't liable and that I was irresponsible and incompetent. She said I had to do with she told me to do or I would never get better. I'm 24 years old, I'm educated and I do my research. She told me that I was 24 and I should tell her what to do because she's 67. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to respect her even though what I was telling her was accurate. She neglected me treatment and told me to shutup before hanging up on me. Please, if you struggle emotionally don't see her.

I had extreme anxiety, actually a phobia, about upcoming surgery. She listened to my concerns and prescribed me medication that put me at ease within a few days. By the time I had my surgery I was calm and totally confident.

I saw her a few times. In hindsight, she was a miserable failure at establishing a good rapport with me. She did not appear to value our relationship. She seemed to communicate in a short and curt way, in order to cut me off. She stated clearly that she would not discuss the matter. She impressed me as a miserly and stingy provider of health services, when her time with me was up too prematurely.

I realized that Dr. Boutrouille was defining me in terms of a diagnosis in her effort to get me to view myself as sick. Furthermore, more self-disclosure about my problematic issues gave her ample opportunities to judge me. She is not good!
