I was switched to this doctor after mine left the practice. I can’t even begin to tell you how rude and dismissive she came across. When scheduling my follow up appointment, I told the receptionist that will absolutely never be seen by her again. Looking for another primary.

I dont even know where to begin. I came to dr. Baiza after the physician I had been seeing left the practice. Within the first moment I met her, she was impatient, unfriendly, short, continually talked right over me and was overall extremely rude. The visit only got worse. How this person got hired anywhere is beyond me. I found her to be incompetent and unprofessional. It is the first doctor i have had that i ever felt so negative about. I can not say one good thing...except, I am never going back. If i could leave no stars I would.

i have never written a review of a doctor before until i met this one. all i can say, is run the other way. she was very unprofessional, rude, impatient, short, and dismissive. This was the first and last time i have seen her. How a person like this got hired is mind boggling. From the get-go, she kept cutting me off when i spoke, was combative and overall surly and disrespectful. If i could file a complaint with Florida Board of Medicine I would have.

Slow slow slow communication between office and patients. Office takes forever to get back to you about issues concerning healthcare, often entered my brothers prescriptions in wrong. We would write emails and call multiple times & sometimes never even getting a response back. We switched to Sanitas Doral and have been very happy with our new choice .

I VISITED THE OBAND OFFICE TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR LAP BAND SURGERY AND DR. BAIZA WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WAS NOT ABLE TO DO THE SURGERY THERE BECAUSE OF MY INSURANCE, BUT DR. BAIZA AND HER STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. BE SURE TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT AND PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL YOUR INSURANCE INFO BEFORE ARRIVING. IT SAVES TIME. THEY TOOK ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE EM A FREE CHECK UP ON VITALS.

I needed a prescription refilled, and when I called to fill it, Chanel, the only nurse assistant Dr. Baiza has, told me she would fill it same day. I went to the pharmacy that day, there was no prescription. I went to the pharmacy the second day, still no prescription. I called Dr. Baiza's office, and was told she was not in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays anymore and could not be reached until Friday. What kind of doctor becomes unavailable Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, without informing their patient? I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism. In case of emergency, my doctor is unavailable 4 days a week. Despicable.

Every single time I order a prescription or prescription refill, the nurse informs me she will "do it right away." At the end of the day or the following day, I go to the respective pharmacy and no prescription has been ordered. Upon calling the office, the nurse conveniently "didn't have time." Following up two days later, she still has not fulfilled my request. This took to be a reoccuring incident for a year before I finally switched physicians.Apart from the lack of professionalism, I find the facilities to be unsanitary, especially for a doctor's office. Dr. Baiza is nice, but her only staff member is disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
