Three stars seems to be right I thought my eye problem was a cataract and he confirmed that His bedside manner is the problem I know nothing about cataracts and felt he was nonchalant about explaining having surgery on my eye (very scary to me) like I was having a pimple poppedI'm finding a new doctor!

I have trusted my vision to Dr. Siegal for over a decade. I highly recommend him and his staff.

My wife and I went to Dr. Jeffery Siegal for about a year for normal eye checkups. Suddenly Dr. Siegal advised me that both my eyes required cataract removal and astigmatism correction ( for an extra $500) . He performed the surgery on my right eye and after the first checkup visit, I complained that my eye lid seemed to be rubbing on my eyeball. Surprise, Surprise, it seems that Dr. Siegal failed to remove the whole cataract so I had to have the surgery again. After each of two checkup visits, I complained of heavy floaters and haze which prevented me from reading a book, his comment was that it will go away. Dr. Siegal then gave me a new eyeglass prescription {I wear glasses just for distance} and said he would see me in three months. I asked if he expected me to live with my eye in this condition. I went to a ophthalmologist who said that I didn't need the surgery. that the prescription was incorrect and the astigmatism wasn't corrected. It took six months to correct my eye.

Gave my husband his vision back. Absolutely best at what he does. Great staff too.

Excellent staff and doctor. The office is very clean. They keep appointments spaced during this time of COVID and clean the exam rooms after every patient. Everyone must wear a mask and they make you cleanse your hands upon checking in. Sandy is very efficient and friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable and Dr. Siegal is very thorough, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Siegal to my family and friends.

Dr. Siegel was very professional, knowledgeable and corrected an issue that another ophthalmologist did not. My whole family will now use him. His staff was also caring and helpful.

Dr. Siegel is fine. But I needed glasses and used the optometrist in his office, Richard. I tried on about a dozen glasses, and he put all of them back onto the display without sanitizing them. I asked about that and he said he didn't think it was necessary. I thought that was strange, because when I signed into the Doctor's office they made sure I used a sanitized pen, and here the optometrist was not concerned about sanitizing the glasses that had touched my face. Same thing when I went to pick up my glasses. He had another client before me and was handling her glasses, and fitting them onto her face, but he did not use hand sanitizer when it was my turn to have my glasses fit. During this Covid pandemic I was extremely upset about the way he disregarded health safety protocols. I called the doctor's office to complain, and it seemed as if they have had claims about him before. If you care about your health during COVID, DO NOT USE this optometrist.

Great eye doctor but I don't recommend the optometrist in his office. He doesn't follow sanitary COVID procedures, and he's proud of it. I tried on a dozen pairs of glasses and when we were done he put them all back into the display. I mentioned that he should probably sanitize the glasses but he didn't think it mattered. I'm sorry I purchased my glasses from him. These are not normal times and he should respect protocols. His name is Richard.

Dr. Siegal was excellent, explained my diagnosis and answered my questions. His office is clean, the seating is spaced and they make you cleanse your hands upon check-in. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Siegal to my friends and family.
