While it is not uncommon for doctors to spend little time with their patients, this woman spent less than 3 minutes in the office with me. I came to her for sudden alopecia but she never even touched my scalp to examine me. She acted as if she were disgusted, even though she was wearing gloves! She only looked at what I pointed out, walked off and came back with prednisone shots to only one area. When I asked about the other areas she said she'd take a look next time I come as if her time was up! I waited before making a judgment to see if my hair would grow back but nothing. I went to a real doctor now who examined my scalp thoroughly, asked for a blood test, gave me vitamins and had many treatment options for me. DO NOT waste your time and money on her if you need a knowledgeable doctor of dermatology, she is NOT it.

Dr. Queller is very kind and compassionate. She really listens to your concerns and addresses each one of them. She even called me a week later to check on how I was doing. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise. Very pleased to have found a great dermatologist.

Went in to check on a suspicious pimple, she found another one that I wasn't even concerned with. It fit wasn't for the suspicious pimple, that might actually turn out to be nothing, we wouldn't have checked on the other one. She took charge of it and we started treatment for pre-cancer cells in the surface of the blackhead. We shall see what happens upon my 7 week return to check on them both.
