I found Dr Kahan by searching cardiologists. I am so happy I choose HIM. He is truly present with his patients. Now my husband is his patient as well.

My experience with South Florida Heart Institute has always been a positive Medical experience. First off the supporting staff are all wonderful and courteous and really pay attention to what your needs are and address them with an expedient answer. You are made to feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Jonathan Kahan my Cardiologist has been improving my medical condition in many ways he is very lighthearted is a feeling of warmth and he cares about you and gives you all that attention when you were there. He has been the best cardiologist I've ever had and I've been to a few. I have lost weight under his guidance my medication has been reduced to a manageable number, my number count was 27 pills that I had to take every day. He found there was some redundancies and what I was taking I have bladder issues and he addressed that by letting me know that two of my medications were making me retain fluids. I have and I mean this in all sincerity I have been overweight for a very long time and I have gone from 295 down to 275 and I truly believe that under his guidance I can be at a lower number and have a more healthier life than I have had in the last few years! I can only give praise and salutations to my doctor and his staff ! Overall South Florida Heart Institute has been a lifesaver for me, I feel positive that my health is turning around to be better because of Dr Jonathan Kahan and the staff South Florida Heart Institute.

Dr.Kahan has been my cardiologist for many years , he’s always been able to help me with my heart & I truly feel that he cares about me as a patient. He’s extremely knowledgeable & has excellent bedside manners & is a fast thinker !
