I was buckled over with stomach pain just as bad or worse than kidney stones. Dr. Wideroff did exploratory surgery and found a piece of my small intestine twisted and removed a piece of it. His exploration skills proved to be positive and i have been fixed for a few years now. He also dod hernia surgery by my groin several years ago which was perfect. Now I need to consult with him on another issue. He is the best and a pretty cool Doc.

Dr Wideroff is a terrific doctor and surgeon. He removed my gallbladder in May of this year. Followed his directions during recovery to the fullest and I am doing terrific now, eating well, running, exercise, etc. I highly reccommend him to anyone struggling with gallstones or pain.

Today, I had my post-op visit with Dr Wideroff following my left inguninal surgical repair. Again, I was truly amazed what a caring and communicative surgeon he is. He, again, made me feel so comfortable during this visit. When I have to recommend a surgeon in South Florida - he's my man.

Dr.Wideroff came highly recommended to me by my general doctor for a bilateral hernia repair. During the consult I was very impressed with the amount of time that Dr.Wideroff took to explain what would take place before ,during and after my surgery which was put me at ease as it is never an easy decision to commit to having any type of surgery. Post surgery I am very happy to recommend Dr.Jonathan Wideroff as I found him to be a very skilled and professional surgeon with a good bedside manner.

Could not have asked for a better surgeon! I am so happy I made the decision to have Dr Wideroff perform my thyroidectomy. I had 3 consults and he was my first. From the moment I met him, I knew he would be the one I wanted to do the surgery. I went to the other consults to be sure. Dr. Wideroff takes his time to explain everything and truly cares about your outcome. His whole team and everything from start to finish was A+. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Wideroff and his office staff are just amazing. My primary physician referred me to Dr Wideroff for a consultation regarding a small hernia that was causing me problems. On the day of my appointment which was scheduled for 12:45pm I received a call at 10:30am from his receptionist letting me know that the doctor was running about 45 minutes behind schedule and she didn’t want me to sit around the office having to wait the extra time. WOW…what a pleasant surprise. If only other doctors would instruct their office staff to do the same when they are running behind. Dr. Wideroff is the most pleasant and calming doctor I have ever been too. After is initial exam regarding my hernia he spent over 20 minutes explaining everything there is to know about hernia’s and what is involved in the surgery to repair the hernia. I had questions in my mind, but he had covered everything and I had no additional questions. As it turned out Dr Wideroff told me since my hernia was very small it would be totally up to me if I wanted to proceed with the surgery. He went through all the pros and cons and indicated I would probably know when the time would be right for surgery, or I might not even need it at a future date. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Wideroff. If and when I should need surgery, I will return to Dr. Wideroff.
