Claimed he did a digital rectal exam, which he never did. Had he, he might have discovered the prostate cancer that was diagnosed shortly afterwards. His medical records contained multiple errors and an outright lie.

Dr. Conde is an excellent Geriatrician. Caring, knowledgeable that takes his time to assess his patients. Thank you Dr. Conde for caring for your patients.

Dr Conde on two separate occasions almost killed my mother once when she was in the hospital he wrote her prescription wrong and that caused my mother to go into withdrawal because she is on a narcotic he prescribed and the second and more recent Dr Conde on his own without making anybody aware he took my mother off of this narcotic and he also without telling anyone took her off of an antidepressant which is very dangerous but the narcotic he had her is not supposed to be prescribed to anyone over 65 Dr Conde should be disbarred for his negligence

Dr Conde is a good doctor, however t wice have had negative experiences with N.P. Tammy. Left messages for her to call and she did not return the calls. When this was addresses, she was very unsympathetic and had no compassion for her patient’s well being.

Doctor Conde is just fine, but the administrative staff needs lots of improvement. not very friendly, they do not respond to CVS refills calls, I must make a call each and every time I need refills. Hopefully someone in the office will make certain improvement are made soon.

Seriously he is not only very profesional but an amazing human! He saw my grandmother while she was under hospice and i thought he was amazing. At the end of the visit he even laid hands on her and prayed for her. By the way she is no longer in hospice after 6 months.

While the medical staff may know what they are doing, the administrative staff, most definitely does not. They give incorrect and sometimes made up information, are rude, don't communicate with the doctor when they claim to and have zero patience when asked a question.

The medical side of the practice is good. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice is terrible. I've been lied to, misinformed and reception staff is extremely rude.
