My experience with Dr. you are has always been fine, I only have 50% of my hearing, and when I asked the nurse practitioner to face me with her mask on, so I can better hear her, she was more concerned abt Covid than making sure I could hear her. You are the only doctor’s office that still requires masks. Shame on you.
I have been seeing Dr. Yore since moving to Florida in 2015. I find him very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. His nurses and front office staff have always been friendly and attentive.
The most rude office I have ever been to .I forgot my appointmesnt date I called ,I was told I did not have an appointment I said I know I have RUDE PERSON SAID NO YOU DO NOT I said you sure her remark was no I am lying ,two weeks later they called to confirm an appointment
I NEVER WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, BUT IT SEEMS THIS MERITS IT... I called to confirm my appointment with Dr. Yore the day before it was supposed to happen. I could not reach anyone so I left a voicemail. A few hours later, a woman called me back and said my appointment had been canceled. I was very surprised, especially since nobody called to tell me before. I asked why and she said because I had had to delay 3x before but for major health reasons, NOT because I did not desperately need to see the dr, which I do. I said I thought they should have notified me as I'd been planning it for the last month, and/or simply not have made the new appointment at all, and/or told me about their policy upfront, though knowing it would not have made any difference because I had to postpone my earlier appointments due to my brother being diagnosed with cancer and then I was sick for 5 weeks. After the first call, I was in shock, and so I called back a moment later with the intention of explaining that I had postponed the appointments due to the health issues of me and my family. She refused to take my call and I left a voicemail with the info. It is now 8:30pm, at least 6 hours have passed. She has not bothered to return my call. Why I feel this is worthy of this post is because 1. policies should be explained up front 2. They should not have canceled my appointment because their staff made it policy or not 3. They should have notified me of the cancelation which they did not. and 4. As a medical provider, they should have enough compassion to understand that life happens and that medical problems happen and that sometimes people have unexpected and unplanned situations that simply make it impossible for them to keep appointments. BUT, they did none of that. And then 5. in refusing to listen to my reason, ignored me after doing all of these things in a manner that an only be described as inhumane and wrong. I hate to say that, but it's true.
I called Dr Yore’s office on a Monday. I spoke to the receptionist and told her that I had an emergency. I had a good amount of blood in my urine and that I needed to see someone soon. She took my information and said someone would get back to me later that day. Today is Friday and I am still waiting!! Needless to say, I found a more compassionate office and I was seen on that Monday.

Is there a reason no one can contact your office? Like what is the point of having a phone number if the line just goes straight to busy the entire time. Tighten up
Have been going to Dr. Yore approx. 14 years, He`s the best. Had Prostate Cancer 10 years ago & was treated by him. Do PSA test every 6 months, no problems.
First time patient and he made me feel very at ease and fully explained what he thinks is going on and next steps. He and his tech were VERY willing to work in a procedure before the end of year. Would highly recommend Dr Yore.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
