Leonard Flescher's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been trying to get his office to forward my medical records for weeks at this point. I was told they received my release form two weeks ago when I called to confirm and now they’re telling me they never sent the records because they haven’t received it. I was also told prior the delay was my fault because they left me voicemails I didn’t respond to. I have no record of those calls from them. Dr Flescher himself missed a somewhat crucial medical issue with me. He also got somewhat aggressive with me when I told him that he told me to take some medication in the evening, not before dinner. The pill bottles literally say to take at bedtime and he never specified they needed to be taken before dinner. He also told me my diet is fine because I’m not bloated (???) The only stars are for Ashley (nurse?) who actually took the time to explain things to me over the phone.

Really good experience with Dr. Flescher's office. Staff was friendly and efficient. The same applies for the medical assistant. Dr. Flescher was thorough. He asked a lot of questions to try and understand the issue and diagnose potential problems. Dr. Flescher took his time and was not at all rushed. I could tell that he is actually looking out for his patients. Would definitely recommend him as a doctor.

I've been to several gastro offices in Boca/delray and this is by far the BEST. The staff is excellent. My experiences with other offices were awful!!! From Lindsey, to front desk, to Dr Flescher's staff and nurse and practitioner and Dee, all of them. I feel very fortunate to have found them. As I have crohns and other issues and they are always there for me, caring and wanting the best. They also do their procedures upstairs which makes it so convenient and they even have a car service to pick you up and take home if going for procedure at a very very low rate. Thank you Dr. Flescher's office.

Went to see this doctor without checking reviews online first. Had I done so, I would have not gone. Front desk lady is rude. First appt. the medical assistant did all noting of diagnostic questions & then filled him in. Dr. came in & did not even bother to introduce himself. Rude. I introduced myself! Did not even bother to examine me (first thing a doctor does!) even though I stated I was having severe abdominal pain. Blew me off, consult was like 10 min. rushing me out of there. Asking him questions was like pulling teeth..even gave me his back while talking to him! Wow. I was treated like my problem was insignificant, like I was insignificant! Went for a second visit only to discuss results of CT scan which were normal...again blown off. P.A. comes in with him without introducing herself (had no clue who she was!) and did all the talking while he was in the room ignoring me as if I was invisible. This man has a horrible bedside manner, not polite, not caring at all! Rushed me out of there & his advice? Take Miralax & some pills. Instead of investigating the root of the problem after having acute abdominal pain 24/7 for 2 mos. now! Wow. But had plenty of time to go to front desk to socialize with medical assitant about a Jewish celebration! Wow. Worst doctor I have ever seen! Just noticed he graduated from University of "Guadalajara"?? Ok..that says it all. Stay away...find a real doctor. Spare yourself from a bad experience & rude staff. Going to another gastro that has 5 stars!! Do your research people so you can save yourself time & aggravation!! 💯💯💯

Terrible experience with the staff. I call to make an appointment specifically with Dr flescher . They never told me that I was going to see a different Dr ,till the day of appointment when I called because I couldn't find their address. In that moment they told me that dr Flescher was on vacation . I got very frustrated. I canceled the appointment but called back When I called back the office trying to get help 2 different times ,2 different ladies left me on hold for ever with attitude They claim they couldn't verify my insurance when I specifically gave them the phone number they needed to call to verify my insurance. I had to call myself my insurance to find out what's going on why they couldn't verify me. My insurance told me that everything was perfect. They claim that in their records shows that last phone call received to verify my insurance was February. So they didn't do their job and just called what they had in their file terrible customer service. People don't want to work anymore.

Please and kindly pardon my forgetfulness in my last review to mention that I have filed several complaints with the proper authorities against this mutt about the horrific treatment I received from him and the kennel that he works out of, therefore, should you decide to use him and disregard my review, please take note that you will be seeking healthcare from someone who will be under investigation! ...

No long stories with gory details about the horrific care that I received for 2 months from this despicable practice! Bottom line, this is not a doctor, rather, a spineless, inconsiderate, ignorant, nasty, disrespectful, and, outright disgusting and despicable piece of crap! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO SIGN YOUR OWN DEATH SENTENCE! MANY EXCELLENT GASTRO DOCTORS IN SOUTH FLORIDA, ...

Been under the care of Leonard for 2 months now. He sent me for a few tests, but, failed to prep me for the tests, therefore, all results were useless. A total waste of time, waste of insurance monies, and, downright pathetic on his part! He has prescribed meds for me which proved useless as well. After two months, I am still in the same discomfort and pain as I was before i met this inadequate barbaric individual! Unfortunately, I do not possess the best health insurance which he has a major problem with, as, every opportunity he gets, he trashes and rags on my health insurance! This individual is spineless, disrespectful, arrogant, unprofessional, has no ethics, has no class, lacks compassion, and, is just a rotten individual! He actually called him one time and began screaming at me as though we were engaged in a street fight! I had to tell him to watch his mouth when speaking to me as he did after he was put in his place. His staff and office manager, Shari, are no better! They are extremely deceitful and deviant! In closing, I have filed several complaints against him and his practice with the proper authorities, therefore, should you decide to use him as your provider, it is most imperative that you realize you will be using a provider that will be under investigation! Not the best way to begin your journey to better health! There are many excellent gastro doctors in south Florida, do yourself a favor and get yourself one, just not THIS ONE! Good health to all, but, steer clear of this dump!
