Leonid Remenson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Leonid Remenson is a kind and considerate doctor who treats patients with respect. His receptionists are polite and helpful. I highly recommend Tricia as a counselor. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this practice for counseling.

On this Thanksgiving Day, I’d like to thank all the healthcare professionals that I am grateful for. Unfortunately, not all medical professionals remember the Hippocratic Oath, which includes several principles of medical ethics, one being non-maleficence. The concept of non-maleficence is “first, do no harm.” Many people consider that to be the primary consideration, that it is more important not to harm your patient, than to do them good, which is part of the Hippocratic Oath that doctors take. I am referencing this part of the oath because I am appalled at Dr. Leonid Remenson’s behavior when my very desperate mother-in-law, in need of psychiatric care, spoke to him on the phone and was dismissed by him, as a bully would do to a vulnerable child on the playground. Dr. Remenson, as part of his requirements, to become a patient, he first has a telephone screening. My mother-in-law told him she “acts funny sometimes,” and has “a problem…” She also said that her adult children wanted her to seek psychiatric care. (She was also referred by her medical doctor) Dr. Rememson, had zero compassion and asked her what her problem was. She had a hard time explaining herself. He then told her that when she figures out her problem, she can call him back. WHAT? The psychiatrist is asking the prospective patient to diagnose herself? Feeling very frustrated, my mother-in-law said she’d like to keep her appointment because she really wants to see him. He said he does not want to keep her appointment and does not want to see her. Keep in mind that this so-called Dr. says he specializes in caring for the elderly. I think if he was set on the medical profession, he should have pursued pathology where he could perform autopsies. At least no human emotion would come into play. Stay far away from this unempathetic, disgraceful, excuse of a doctor.

NO HEART This so-called doctor screens you to see if you can tell him what your problem is. Then tells you he won't see you. He is a heartless, shameful, person, let alone a medical professional, With so many warm and caring doctors out there, don't waste your time with him.

Dr. Remenson is a class act. His care and professionalism made the difference.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leonid Remenson for many years. He and his staff run the most professional medical practice I’ve ever dealt with. Being that I’ve worked as a Healthcare Administrator/Practice Manger since 2003, I believe that says a LOT! Dr. Remenson’s practices are ethical and “by the book”. He’s very easy to talk to. Everyone he employs is highly attentive, thorough, prompt and compassionate. His assistant Ashley is amazing. She goes above and beyond to take care of everything I’ve ever requested of her. She returns my voicemails within minutes! Wait….. it gets better! Dr. Leonid Remenson’s wife (Dr. Ella Remenson) is a Primary Care Physician. She is my PCP and she is equally amazing. She also practices in skincare and anti-aging techniques. She has great products at great prices! Both doctors practice out of the same beautiful office! Dr. Ella Remenson is an artist and her paintings are hung throughout the office. Remenson Medical is a complete 1 stop shop for all my hHealthcare and Skincare needs! I highly recommend both (Mr.) Dr. Remenson and (Mrs). Dr. Remenson (hehe) and their entire team! I hope this review helps others. Thanks for reading. 🙏😊

My friend told me about Dr. Remenson. I initially went to him to CHANGE my medication. I was on Effexor and it gave me terrible brain zaps. He put me on Prozac and that terrible side affect was gone. I also saw a therapist in addition to Dr. Remenson, who prescribes my medication. About 3 years ago, my dad said to me "why don't you go off your medication? That stuff is junk". So I listened to my dad and stopped taking my medication. I knew better than this, but we don't always do what is best for us. I also did not tell Dr. Remenson, I stopped taking it. Well, it was a slow descent into hell. This descent was gradual and I "thought" I would be ok. I was not, after about 5 - 6 months of not taking my medication, I was in a full on major depression, not eating and not able to sleep because of anxiety. I also lost some of my hair, it got really thin. Anyway, it was summer by now and I called Dr. Remenson's office and he was out of town. As soon as he got back, I saw him at his office. I was crying and very depressed and very hopeless. I told him what I did and he put me back on my med's and I am also taking NAC. He saved my life and I will never ever stop taking my medication again!
