Nobody answers the phone. I’ve had to personally go to the office to speak with someone. I cancelled my procedure and was given a new date. I kept getting texts to come to the hospital on the original date. No one called back when I tried to explain. I can’t get get an appointment with Dr. Cavell. Terrible service!!

My GI Dr Lianne Cavell is personable, thorough and informative. The PA’s are pleasant and efficient, and the front room staff is helpful. This all makes for an easy appointment.

I am usually thrilled by my care at the Delray Beach location. However, this past visit, I was very concerned that ongoing issues had worsened and Dr. Cavell determined the tests I needed and prescription changes that she was making. I also indicated I had some time constraints for personal reasons so needed to get these things done as quickly as possible. That was November 29th. As of December 11th, despite repeated attempts by my pharmacy and me to contact her office we have not been able to get through. The long times waiting and refusal of off-hours operators to take message but asking me to call back during working hours (that are my working and lunch hours, too) make it prohibitive. I cannot use my cell at work. I have no meds because the script was written incorrectly. My primary doctor has not been able to make any necessary referrals for my testing to be scheduled because they have received nothing from Dr.Cavell’s office to act upon. At year end, my insurance changes because I must leave the area for several months so will not be available for any testing and I am worried. It is untenable and I have no way of doing anything about this even though I have tried. I like Dr.Cavell very much and think her extremely capable and responsive. I also like her staff very much. But something must be terribly wrong for this to happen. I am very concerned about my health and having other problems, now, without any necessary meds. I just don’t know what to do since no one has had luck helping me with any of this — my pharmacy, primary care doctor, or me.

Dr Cavell and those on her team were helpful and went out of their way to get medical info from other sources (rayus). Dr Cavell was professional and personable which is a great balance!!
