Marcia Malcolm's Online Review Report Card

I have been taking my kids to see Dr Malcolm for the past 21 years. She is the very best pediatrician! She came in after a hurricane to medically clear my son for his surgery and was always there for me during the hard times. It was very hard to say goodbye to her and her incredible staff yesterday as it's now time for my children to see an adult primary care. If you're looking for a pediatrician, may I suggest you see Dr Marcia Malcolm! You will not be disappointed.

My 9 month old daughter was in the hospital because she was throwing up for no reason. My eldest daughter is coughing plegm. I made an follow up appointment from hospital and my infant was diagnosed with rhinovirus enterovirus. She has diarrhea and eldest one continues with cough. I get a call from the Dr office saying that I can come but doctor can't do anything for them. Really? You are a doctor and don't can't do anything for them? I'm sorry do doctor only knows how to charge insurance? I don't understand how a doctor can say they can't do anything for us.

Be advised as of 11-17-2018 I Called today and they said they aren't taking any new patients. Although I appreciate the review that they aren't any more stars to give, but you can't even go to this doctor's office. I have insurance as well.

There aren't enough stars for Delray pediatrics! I rarely go out of my way to write a review but I think the level of integrity that Dr. Malcolm's office possesses is other worldly. The office is immaculate. There are rarely (if ever) long wait times. It's easy to schedule and get my children in and out of the office. Whenever I have called for help or questions, the staff is patient, kind and very helpful. Dr. Malcolm is a source of calm and kind energy. She is very understanding and gentle. She listens with concern and I never once felt rushed while in her office. Our family recently moved out of state, and so far have been less than impressed in our search for a new pediatrician's office. It could very well be because most pediatrician offices do not provide the level of care and expertise that Delray Pediatrics standard is at. I am very sad that we are no longer at the practice. But if you are in Delray- you and your children would be very fortunate to be in the hands of Dr. Malcom and her incredible staff.

Best Dr my daughter ever had since moving to south Florida.

I absolutely love Dr.Malcolm day or night weekday or weekend I can always count on her to attend to my kids weather in office or via phone I moved and she is over 30 minutes away and I still would drive there even if an hour away.Her front staff there is a couple of new ones I’m not too fond with but her old ones are fantastic!Rolanda was amazing when she was there as well the best!

Excellent Doctor. I’ve been taking my sons here for years. Dr. Malcolm listens, is intelligent and the office staff is always friendly.

Dr Malcom has been my daughter’s doctor for the last 17 years. She is great, has great bedside manners, good advice and a really professional staff. Her office is clean and kids friendly. We love our pediatrician!

Dr. Malcolm is the best of the best. She’s has been the pediatrician for all 4 of my children, my nieces, my great niece, & my great cousins. Soon she’ll be my grandson’s pediatrician as well. I trust her 💯 & wouldn’t even think of using any other doctor for my family. Day or night, Dr Malcolm & her staff are available & trust me I’ve had every emergency. Everyone is very caring & respectful. I truly appreciate them all.
