Marcie Merson Md's Online Review Report Card

I gave my MRI to the Dr. Merson who finally mailed it to me after numerous requests. Her “treatment” consisted of sticking you in a room on a tens machine for 40 minutes followed by her sitting behind me and putting her hands on my shoulder (magical healing?). She charged Medicare $40 for prescription drugs (never got) as well as surgery (give me a break) for a total of $169. The next day she charged Medicare for “medical services” to the tune of $360. The following week 05/06/2022 she charged for “medical services (tens, 40 min, “healing hands” for 10 minutes. Additionally she charge for an office visit ($300.00). I strongly suggest you keep away from this Dr. Merson is by far the worst Dr. I have ever encountered

Practice required two visits instead of one - should have just done the tests ordered by my orthopedist on the first visit. Then she neglected to send results to my orthopedist a week after the tests, causing me to lose my appointment and rescedule another week away while I am in pain and discomfort. Staff is nice but ineffective at helping me.

Dr. Marcie Merson has treated my Spinal Stenosis for several years. I originally had been told that Surgery was necessary by two Orthopedic surgeons before making an appointment with Dr. Merson. I became Dr. Merson's patient and have continued to see her avoiding Surgery to this date.

I saw Dr Merson a few times over the last 15+ years. I always found her to be a very caring and understanding Dr. My mom used her when she was suffering from Lung cancer and it really did help manage her pain. My husband has been a patient of hers for about 17 years. When we moved from NY here he was extremely scared he would not find a good pain management Dr. I did some research and came up with her name. When he called his Dr up in NY with some names the secretary would say the Dr said kept saying Phil, keep looking this is not the Dr you want to see. When he called with Dr. Mersons name, the Dr himself got on the phone and said SHE is the one you need to use. He has never looked back. There usually is not a long wait and they are always very nice. You cannot go wrong using this office. On the other hand I could give u a litany of negatives about a few other places in the Delray Beach area that are mills. They don't care about patients, NEVER call you back ect.. I have heard and seen it all. If you are looking for a GREAT Dr who will go out of her way to try and get rid of your pain, Dr Merson should be your choice.

Dr Merson is amazing. She admitted me as a new patient at the Spring height of COVID. She helped get rid of my Sciatica pain within two visits and put me on the road to recovery from my accident. I’m a winter resident in FL, she is absolutely my Dr of choice. Can’t recommend her enough.

I wish i could give a negative star. This was the worst experience i ever dealt with. The insurance manager made a mistake on my ins. When it was rectified, he couldn't be bothered. I was told to reschedule. My radial never is entrapped and all they cared was the money. Absolutely disgusting. The front desk was trying to help but the doctor and Bart cared only about money not my medical situation. I would recommend to look somewhere else.

Dr. Merson helped me with serious back and hip pain and allowed me to get my life back. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. I am grateful for their help.

Very Compassionate Dr. Really helped my family member with accurate diagnosis and went the extra mile with follow up. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place! They help me with my back pain! Now I feel much better!
