I felt comfortable being at Brain Matters Research as soon as I began the check-in process. Staff members are helpful and courteous. My questions were answered and I never felt that I was being a burden by asking them. My nurse was very pleasant and comforting. Dr Brody was upbeat and was able to calm me down. He made sure that I knew what was going on and what I might expect. The whole team has a lot of experience and many patients and treat you as a person.

I take my mother to him; she has moderate dementia. He is very thorough, and he is very kind. He made sure before he gave us any diagnosis that she had a battery of tests. He put her on medication that, he explained, might delay the effects of the disease, but eventually the disease would progress. He has a lovely office staff as well.

He's very attentive and funny! Takes the time to sit an explain to me all my care options, including any opportunities to enroll in clinical trials. All of the staff are very kind and courteous.
