Marypat Clements's Online Review Report Card

My moms vein going to Dr. Clemens and she’s been so patient and thorough helping her navigate through her arthritis issues. My moms ,87 also hard of hearing refusing to wear hearing aids so her patience with my mom is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to Dr.Marypat Clements who is a Rheumatologist for 6 years. One of her specialty is Osteoporosis. Her Medical Office is very clean, with a wonderful staff. Once I step into her office, the first person who greets me is Carol. Such a lovely lady who is very attentive to my issues. She signs me in, checks out my paperwork. The wait is about 10 minutes or less and then moved into Dr. Clements room. When she comes in to greet me, is so professional, well dressed, very friendly and asks the right questions. She found out Prolea agrees with me because it strengthened by bones up to 7points which is almost to the normal line. Im so excited and look forward to next year with the hopes that i will be above the normal line. I receive shots after blood work is done every 6 months, and an MRI once a year. So far, im on my way to strong bones due to Dr Clements care. My husband is now going to her to check on his well being as well. Dr. Clements is very well versed with our health issues. I always look forward seeing her and her team. Great Rheumatologist!!!

At a time when we see Dr.s giving us less time to attend to us, it is refreshing to be seen by Dr. MaryPat Clements. I have been a patient of Dr. MaryPat Clements for 14yrs. I find her knowledgeable in my Arthritis treatment. When she recommends a medication, she always starts with the lowest dosage. I feel safe because Dr. Clements does quarterly bloodwork to detect any changes from any of my medications I am on. I really like that. She has even caught on thru the years when I was deficient on Vitamin D. Another time deficient on Iron. Called me at home to notify me, so I could raise my levels again. She takes the time to develop a a relationship with you. Get to know your lifestyle, work background, Medical history and Family history. Dr. Clements is a caring,sympathetic and devoted Doctor. She is my Top Doctor!

Dr. Clements is an awesome Doctor! I’m excited to have her as a part of my medical care team! She’s very thorough and she really cares about your input on your medical care. We talk through everything and we plan together to try and get the correct treatment! I’ve been diagnosed with many autoimmune diseases including a rare disease and she’s been informative and direct, which I LOVE! My ONLY complaint is her office staff! It’s always a hassle to get anything done, I’ve come out of a visit visibly in tears and had the reception staff be downright RUDE to me. Scolding me for not giving them information that I had no way of giving at the beginning of the visit. I called in today to get help with my short term disability paperwork so that my family can get our financial benefits 2 weeks before Christmas and Jeane acted as if I were BOTHERING her! She told me she’d try and get to it this week!!! This is the LAST thing we should be worried about right now! We have 3 kids who are watching their mom struggle with her health every day and all we want is to make sure we have food and maybe a present or 2 for them for Christmas!! It would literally take her only a few minutes to fax a paper and the doctors note already on file, but instead she blew me off! I tried calling back and speaking with an office manager but she also answers the phone so I would have to ask her for someone to talk to about HER! I’m in tears… it takes 2 seconds to be nice to someone especially in this type of office where people deal with uncomfortable medical issues.

Dr. Clements got right to the source of my back and sciatica issues immediately! She doesn’t overprescribe medicine and she really listens to what the patient says. I highly recommend Dr. Clements. My sister goes to her now too.

I went to see this dr. after moving to Florida. I was in a lot of pain at that time and was finally at a point that I was willing to try a biologic or infusion. I have been diagnosed and suffered with arthritis for years. I have EDS, which usually causes individuals to have issues with joints way before 40. Due to moving for work, I have been treated by no less than 6 docs for this issue--I'm talking U. Penn, Columbia--really good doctors. She spends 10 minutes, does some bloodwork and announces tells me that there is no evidence of arthritis. Wow--I guess Im cured! To make matters worse, I have been charged twice for bloodwork.

Dr Clements is one of the most dedicated knowledgeable and caring physicians I’ve ever met. She is a fabulous diagnostician and finds solutions to every problem I have presented to her. She makes me feel like I am her most important patient and does so with all her other patients.

My wife had gone to Marypat Clements DOseveral times to help with her arthritis pain. Dr. Clements did nothing to help her. She was also told by Dr. Clements to take Prolia in order to help my wife insofar as her bone protection was concerned and when we were made aware of the possible adverse effects, we decided not to take this prescription. Dr. Clements insulted my wife when we returned for yet another attempt at reducing her pains, by literally raising her obnoxious voice towards my wife for not taking a prescription which could have produced some bad reactions. Knowing how sensitive and allergy prone my wife is and was, that didn't seem to bother Dr. Clements. This is the worst rheumatologist in this part of South Florida. I believe one can translate Dr. Clements' professional credentials as Do Nothing, or simply DO. It's been several years since we last visited this hostile and incompetent doctor, so I thought it best to do this now. Doctors are supposed to have compassion for their patients, not hurt and insult them.

I was very happy with Dr Clements. She listened to everything I had to say. She reviewed all my medical info and came up with a care plan that I agreed to. I was happy with the office staff and nurse Yvette. Very professional office. I did not have to wait long. Office is clean and COVID protocol was followed.
