On two separate occasions, I have ban very pleased with MD Urgent Care. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and care about the patients they serve. I would not hesitate to use them again, if the need arises.

Wonderful experience with MD NOW urgent care. Dani M and Maggi are beyond amazing. Completely satisfied with the service I received from all the support staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was friendly, facility clean, just didn’t appreciate how long it took. I was there when the doors opened at 8am but it took over an hour. The walls are thin, heard a lot of socializing among staff. That’s not what you want when you’re sick.

Unbelievable rude service. I highly recommend if you have a urgent matter this is not the place for you. The parking lot had one car the lobby was completely empty (ghost town) but there was a 2 hour weight. Also when you preform the online check in And receive a confirmation of check in, they do not receive the check in info and look at you like your crazy. Apparently there are 5 pages of paperwork that goes along with check in. I found weird that a completion of check in was sent but your not done. But the ultimate kicker is no urgency in the matter and a 2 hour wait when no one was in the parking lot and no one in the lobby. As a administrative person this was complete bunch of bull. Cherry on top front office staff so rude. It's a joke the name has urgency in it. I then took my mom to ExpressDocs Urgent Care right down the street. All staff friendly and urgent with assistance. I definitely would recommend them. By the way my car is the blue one. The only other car in red I'm assuming is a staff member since there was absolutely no one in the waiting room!!! Will never ever go here. Oh the other location when called keeps picg up the phone then hanging up.

Went to MD Now located on Atlantic and Military trail to take a test for Covid, since I had symptoms of a cold. To be sure, I took the Covid test. The receptionist, the nurse and the Dr. was very kind and attentive. It took awhile, which I didn’t care since I just came off of a Cruise. Results, Negative. Used Md Now a few times during the year. Thank you for all your kindness
