Dr Sturm is always there for his patients. Extremely caring and “.knows his stuff “

Was not able to walk without pain in foot nor could I find shoes that I could wear comfortable. I have complete dropped arches on both feet which makes it very difficult to walk without pain. After checking my feet Dr Sturm said I needed an orthopedic appliance that he would custom make. He brought out a shoe insert that I have seen in every pharmacy & said he needed to add metal to it to make them fit my feet. He said he would call me when they were ready and I was told I had to pay half (245.00) up front. I was a little taken aback about the cost but paid anyway. Soon after seeing Dr Sturm, I was hospitalized for 10 weeks due to kidney failure I was filled with fluid and I could not get any shoe to fit my feet. I did not ask for a refund but said I shouldn’t have to pay the balance as I was put on dialysis and my feet were always swollen. He refused to be satisfied with half demanded the balance. He has no conscience or compassion.

Unfortunately I must give a poor rating. He treated my ailment for several months and it continued to worsen. When I brought this to his attention, he denied it and said be patient. I complied, enduring several more months of painful treatments. Again, I told him it was worsening, and he encouraged me to supplement his treatment with over the counter treatment. Bottom line, I quit going to him and treated it myself successfully. And to add insult to injury, his office overbilled me and took months to rectify it. Wasted and painful months, and wasted money.

I want to commend Dr. Sturm for his professionalism and excellent service. His office is always clean and his staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Sturm has always been very patient, friendly, and kind. He always takes time with his patients, never rushing the process. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure that you’ll leave his office feeling great. I highly recommend Dr. Sturm for all of your podiatry needs! You will be very happy with his services.

After my visit with his doctor for a blister that he opened up, I went back to him again and he re-bandaged it. As the pain continued I went to another doctor and found that I was badly infected and one month later still suffering with this problem. I do not recommend this doctor
