I was researching this practice based upon an ad I found in my local community publication. Between many reviews from google and other reputable review sites (that haven't gotten any better over time) to the fact that the doctor's first name is misspelled on her OWN website, I'll continue to look for a primary practice that "suits me better."

This is by far the worst primary care physician I have ever had. The office staff is also absolutely horrid. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 80 AND HAVE ACTUAL MEDICAL ISSUES. The amount of money I have spent going to additional doctors who have helped me immediately is insane. Further more, the entire facility does not care about anything. I had a pre authorization request sitting for over a week (takes 2 hours tops) for them to send a blank pre auth which obviously resulted in denial.

Run do not walk from this Dr and staff. Totally unresponsive Dr and rude staff. Dr cohen is uncaring. She never looks directly at you. I had no connection with her so I asked to change Dr which caused to to be expelled from the practice. Horrible Dr

Dr Cohen is an excellent Dr.who is very competent and thorough. If she hadn’t sent me for a test for something, just to make sure, they never would have found I had liver cancer early, which led to a transplant and saved my life.

After a totally wrong diagnosis, Dr M Cohen refused to talk to me even though I had been a patient for 15 years. She diagnosed my kidney stone as a pinched nerve. Eventually I was rushed to the emergency room for acute kidney failure.

Dr. Cohen is very professional, responsive and caring. She takes the time to ask pertinent questions and discusses any pros or cons there may be. You really feel that she's intelligent and interested in her patients. Her office staff is welcoming, comforting and helpful. I recently was hospitalized and upon my discharge I was advised to see my physician within a few days. I was quickly given an appointment within 2 days with no attitude that patients now frequently encounter with other medical practice.

Friendly staff and short wait time. Dr. Cohen is professional and personable. She appears to be very thorough and responsive to patient needs. I feel very comfortable having her manage my medical care.

Five plus years in this practice-Dr Cohen and the entire clinical staff are consummate professionals. The front office does not accurately reflect the same but is more like a social gathering that does work on the side.
