List of Mohamed Erritouni's Reviews
Done with these people. They keep losing my referrals. And by "they" I mean Misty. I walk in today 5 minutes before my appointment and a big sign on the wall says "Please sign in and have a seat." So I start to sign the clip board and this woman behind the counter starts berating me for "doing it wrong, technically we are still on lunchbreak." And she grabs the clipboard from my hand. So I sit down. She was mad I was laughing! Then another woman calls me up saying they need a referral. Luckily I brought a copy because they claimed they never got one from my PCP. They lost it last time too. So while I was waiting an hour and a half to see Dr Erritouni I called my PCP and had them resend the referral they sent 10 days ago. It was confirmed received and had a confirmation number. Misty said in the future I have to bring a copy to be seen. When Dr Erritouni finally did come in he shook my hand! Ick! And then he asked why I was wearing a mask? I said because this is an infectious disease doctor's office!!! Are these people insane? I will definitely be looking elsewhere for a sane ID doctor's office. I would suggest others do the same.
So kind, so honest, highly recommend
Dr ERRITOUNI treated me i when I had MRSA. He is friendly, outgoing and kind. I was hospitalized for several days while they were giving me IV antibiotics. After they released me from the hospital , I was treated with IV antibiotics as an out patient for several weeks. Dr ERRITOUNI was always very kind and communicative. I felt very comfortable while under his care. Ronnie Richman
Zero would be my rate for this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Mohamed Erritouni for over a year. I have never had good service. No one has ever followed up with me regarding my lab work but instead I have been requested to get new lab work drawn because of it. I went in today for an appointment and waited several minutes while a sales representative blocked the check in process and no staff ever asked if they could assist me. I think they're all a prank because they have zero customer service skills. When you treat the sales representative better than the patient you have problems.
I scheduled an appointment with this provider in error and cancelled the appointment and never saw this provider but they have submitted a false billing with name on it and will not correct the error when contacted.
Dr Erritouni is a great doctor, I wish he could be my primary doctor. he has great bedside manner, gives you the time to go over all your concerns and is a very positive individual as well as his staff. very pleasant to deal with. I knew I was in good hands immediately. out of the dozens of doctors I've seen recently, he stood out, treats you like a person, not "another patient"

Dr Erritouni is wonderful, he is so compassionate to his patients. Leslie is wonderful very caring and when she takes your blood no bruises.
If u want a doctor who does not give u the time and explanation u need then this is the doctor for u If u want a doctor that doesn’t do a culture and gives u 12 weeks 7 days a week the wrong antibiotic then he’s for u I’m now just about a cripplr
I was under the doctors care and his staff for two weeks at the hospital. You will never find a better bedside manner than his. He is very informed in his practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
