Mounir Wassef's Online Review Report Card

After having babies, my face was a mess. I even developed a pesky chalazion on my eyelid. (The joys of pregnancy) Not only did Dr. Wassef cure my hormonal post baby acne, but he was able to cure my eyelid as well. Basically, he accomplished what the Ophthalmologist couldn't. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Wassef. I cannot put into words the joy I feel seeing my face back to normal. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Wassef is absolutely the best dermatologist in Wellington. He is very personable and very easy to talk to and explain your issues. He takes the time to understand your particular issues and addresses all issues in a professional and easy to understand manner. After his treatments I look like a new man. The Florida sun really got to me but he has made me looking normal and quite good again.

Absolutely the best dermatologist - professional, knowledgeable and caring. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an emergency situation with a developing rash and I was so grateful that Dr. Wassef was able to see me right away.I highly recommend this doctor and his office.

No COVID-19 protocols in place. Dr. and staff do not mask. I knew I needed to take off my mask to show areas on my face. I was very uncomfortable not expecting the Dr to be unmasked. I asked if he was vaccinated and he became very upset and asked me if I was vaccinated. To which I responded, yes. He then asked, "Well then tell me what are concerned about?" I replied, "If you have Covid I have a 1/100 chance of contracting it from you." He was agitated and said that his vaccination status is his personal business. He then asked if I have anything that requires me removing my mask. I replied "yes". After a long silence where I contemplated leaving, he asked if I would like him to put on a mask. I said yes. The rest of appointment was very uncomfortable and upsetting. He said I was obsessive bc I track my periods on the calendar which felt like a bizarre comment. He flapped my gown grasping at the bottom when I was seated after the skin check as it was warm in the room. I was shocked.

Visit was great. Doctor knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Staff is on point. Office is clean and up to date. Appointment times were kept. I would recommend the Doctor to my family and friends. Very satisfied.

Dr Wassef performed Moh's surgery on my shoulder. Treated me with care and a good sense of humor. I will use his services in the future. Staff was friendly and knows what they're doing. Wait time was short. In, all a very satisfactory experience. He's a fine physician and a likeable individual. A really nice guy.

Dr. Mounir is the best doctor I ever known. He have treated me and my husband for skin conditions. He is friendly, listen to you and really cares about you as a person. His team is friendly and helpful! I would recommend him 100% with all my heart!

My visit was as expected only taking a few minutes in the waiting area before I was called into the room. Covid-19 precautions are in effect when you enter. The staff is pleasant, professional, and friendly. Dr. Wassef is professional, engaging, and thorough. His touch is that of a healer.
