Did not have a good experience with this doctor. She will judge you based on your insurance status. Not compassionate. Her receptionists are terrible— Very nasty, unrefined, and unprofessional. From what zoo did she find them? The whole clinic is an embarrassment. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Dr Kavuri as a Dr. is nice and compassionate, however as a business and a Provider to count on in an emergency, not good at all. I was a patient for many years, in the last 2 years I've had an amazing amount of trouble getting referrals done. Last year I needed a yearly GYN referral, it took me one month to get, until I finally walked into the office to retrieve the paper myself. This year I needed an emergency ophthalmology referral for an eye infection that would not go away, due to their inefficiency, I missed three emergency appointments by the Ophthalmologist and five weeks later, over 30 phone calls (and that is not an exaggeration), I was able to retrieve the referral by walking into the office yet again. In the office, it was obvious there was major administrative confusion, up to the point where Dr. Kavuri came over and took that frustration out on me and told me 'that's it I'm not taking your insurance anymore' with a shrug of the shoulders said, Good luck!, I said I have an appointment for bloodwork coming up does that mean you don't want me as a patient? I was shocked at how I was treated. I said I also have a GYN appointment coming up I really need that referral as well, I make that appointment once a year and it's very hard to get in. I actually had the GYN send the referral in five weeks in advance, so it had been sitting in their computer for a month...They said they would have the referral in two days. One week later, no referral, I call and I am told, the doctor is no longer taking your insurance and we cannot give you any referrals, but we can keep your appointment for the blood work, I was completely again shocked that a Primary Dr. would think I could keep them as my Primary with no available referrals, what if something very serious happened?? No mammograms, no gyn, no specialists??!!! I asked that exact question to the administrator on the phone who said 'well if you put it that way… you're right, but don't put words in my mouth'. This is an awful way to handle a patient of many years who has been very kind and respectful to the staff and the Dr. --Blessing in disguise.. I ended up getting a new Primary within one week, they gave me an emergency appointment, and gave me the referral for the GYN and the Ophthalmologist the same day as the visit! Hindsight...It was NOT the insurance being difficult. There was another patient in the office having a similar referral issue.

Dr Kavuri is the best !! We moved to Delray a year ago from Canada and left behind a wonderful family doctor. We are fortunate to find her worthy counterpart in the US. Sam and Diedra

I have been to many Drs of all kinds and by far, Dr. Kavuri and her staff are so kind and accommodating. Dr K has the best “bedside manner”. She gives sound medical advice and treatments as well as kind life advice. She cares about patients physical and mental well being. Very rare to see a Dr. that connects the two and sees the importance of addressing both to treat the whole body! Everyone is her office is professional but also friendly and genuinely kind, which is also rare these days :) thank you Dr K and staff !

Dr Kaveri is amazing the best primary I have ever seen

I've been a patient of Dr. Kavuri for several years. She really gets to know me, LISTENS to my concerns, and respects my input. Her office staff is warm and efficient. If I leave a message I hear back quickly. I'm very grateful to have found such a good doctor.
