Nancy Dejesus's Online Review Report Card

I’ve called this place multiple times. Left two messages both which went unanswered and they didn’t even return my call. Poor customer service obviously and they I guess don’t like helping people. Why even be in this industry?

Dr DeJesus has been our family doctor for many years. She is wonderful, caring and researches the best treatment for any ailment. Her staff is great as well. They have treated us with kindness and have supported us through difficult times. They are the best!!

I have been going to Dr. Nancy for the last 2 years. Very refreshing to have a doctor who actually listens and does not just push meds on you. She takes the time to educate you. Functional medicine works well if you follow her advice.

Dr. Nancy is very caring and actually looks you in the eye and goes beyond what most doctors do to treat you with more natural means.

Dr. De jesus is an incredible doctor and a compassionate person. She helped my balance my hormones ( I was hypothyroid and her regime for me back in balance). My 22 year old son went to her for panic and anxiety...and it was BAD! That too was treated unconventionally yet to my pleasant surprise; appropriately. Helped my son much..it's incredible how he is back to himself from the treatments. The office staff is fantastic..and the office manager Mercedes is top notch. You won't be sorry.:))

Excellent Doctor

This practice is incompetent and very disorganized. Mercedes who runs the office has called in prescriptions wrong, has my birthdate wrong, has the spelling of my name wrong and has recorded my address wrong. She should not be taking blood either as she is not qualified to do so. This is certainly not a doctors office that I have confidence in! I have zero faith in this staff and the doctor.

I love this woman. Amazing doctor. Dr. Jesus helped me through a series of health issues a few years back. Unfortunately follow up became impossible as her secretary became a self elected gateway/bouncer. Staff was pretentious, constantly fed me costly disinformation regarding testing procedures and refused to pass on follow up information that the doctor had specifically requested. Eventually it became so much of a hassle I was forced to move on. Dr. Jesus herself is amazing, thoughtful, thorough, knowledgable, and sincere. The sad part about it is I am not sure she is even aware of this behavior from her staff, and I was not willing to pay the $250 per Appt. just to let her know. If Mercedes is still working there I would skip it entirely, otherwise Dr. Nancy Dejesus is amazing.

I recently went in for a consultation with Dr. DeJesus and was pleasantly surprised. I have been to so many doctors for a rare autoimmune health issue that I have. With her hollistic and nutritional expertise she ordered a panel of tests and found nutritional deficiencies that hosts of other MD's had not thought to look for. She seemed to really care. Her staff was also friendly. I would certainly give her a visit. She has a different approach that was very helpful to me.
