Dr. Barnes saw me on short notice, thank you. Two days later the culture showed that the antibiotic she prescribed was resistant to my infection. I phoned expecting to have her prescribe an antibiotic listed as sensitive to my infection. Her office wanted to set up a tele-visit and wanted my credit card information before proceeding. I was quite disgusted! I had seen her two days before and there was no need for a tele-visit. Frankly medicine is no longer what it was. It is a business where the motto is 'bill as often as you can'. I expressed my feelings to the staff member who got back to me with a message from Dr. Barnes telling me to find another urologist. I emailed my culture results to my general Dr. - they called my pharmacy and prescribed the correct antibiotic. I had seen Dr. Barnes two days before, the reason for a culture is to determine which antibiotic IS sensitive - why would I need another visit other than for 'billing' purposes, nothing to do with my health.

I’ve never experienced anything like this! I’ve had 4 appointments with this Dr and all 4 were cancelled and changed by her. Over a month and a half of taking time off and being told appointment is again rescheduled. I’m a bladder cancer patient and need a good urologist. This was absolutely Awful!! Unprofessional!

Dr. Nathalie Barnes is polite,professional,caring and very thoughtful Dicussed my problem ( didn't rush me,gave some options for advice,tests and meds) Very through!!!! I highly recommend her!!!!! Bella

Very disappointed with Dr. Barnes front desk staff member so unprofessional and speaks to Dr. Barnes patients in a demeaning manner. Not sure if Dr. Barnes is aware of the situation I can not be the only one. And on another note no one from Dr. Barnes office has called me to let me know the results of a cat scan from 1/24 which I had to pick up myself to find out I have not one but two kidney stones so disappointing if I have to seek a male Urologist so be it.

Called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Barnes, unfortunately reached Angela at the front desk who not only cut me off but also decided to hang up on me 3 times. Upon calling back and asking for her name or to speak w/ someone else, she very rudely said "no" and just hung up the phone again, I literally had to call back again just to finally get her name ( if it's even her real name). I will not be referring any other patient to this provider nor will I attempt to schedule with this office again solely based on the huge lack of customer service that Angela has. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and rudeness, especially with a provider's office who is here to service the public. Looking at the previous reviews, it looks like this is normal for the front desk staff, very rude. I agree with another review when she states " I hope the provider knows how rude her staff is". Because that is 100% true. Dr. Barnes seems like a high-quality provider, but the service at the front desk will make you believe otherwise.

Excellent. Good listener in order to reach the right diagnosis for the individual patient. Dr Barnes does not treat the patient as a number nor Is the visit rushed to get to the next patient. Helpful staff is also appreciated.

Waited 45 minutes , undressed in examining room. Never came by to apologize and say she’d be in soon. Patients in other rooms also complaining. Sent to several other specialists for her diagnosis.

NOT ONLY IS DR BARNES SO NICE, BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO SOLVE A HUGE PROBLEM I HAD BY JUST PRESCRIBING ONE LITTLE PILL!!!! I AM SO GRATEFUL!

Dr. Barnes and staff were wonderful. Staff very polite and helpful. Dr. Barnes explained in depth and I felt very comfortable with her. My GP recommended two doctors and I am so happy I decided on Dr. Barnes.
