DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! Trust me do not see this doctor. She has the absolute worst bedside manner and is quite frankly dumb. She has misdiagnosed me many times. I really don’t know how she became a doctor. The office staff is absolutely horrible and terribly rude, they’re also not the brightest. Trust me find another doctor if you care about your health. You will regret going here.

I should have known by the way I was treated on the telephone with the unfriendly staff, but I had to find a nearby doctor ASAP . It has been nothing but trouble . I don’t have the time to list everything that is wrong with this entire group , but all I can say is if you read this , SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF ANXIETY , run !!! Don’t walk . HORRIBLE - THE WORST !

This office is completely dishonest, making a mandatory consultation before they can do an annual physical just so they can charge the insurance and the customer the remainder. They are not transparent.

Dr, Neena is a very good Doctor very caring and spends time with you in the office she is never in a rush always spends time with you and answers any questions you might have . And a very good staff.

Dr. Yoyakey caught A-Fib and was able to get me an appointment with a busy cardiologist stat. All's well.

Nurse Christie and Dr. Yoyakey were very nice and remedied my medical issue. However, a medical assistant, Sabrina Polynice, was extremely rude. Because she was wearing a mask, I wasn't sure she called my name when she entered the waiting room. I therefore said my first name to her as I approached her. She motioned for me to follow her in. After some confusion, Sabrina realized she had the wrong patient. Instead of apologizing and asking me nicely to return to the waiting room, she seemed peeved and said, "Leave. Go back to the waiting room," clearly faulting me. When I tried to point out gently that neither of us had heard the other, she was dismissive, saying she didn't "want to argue" and ordered me back to the waiting room. I shared this experience later on with the doctor.

Since I moved to Florida many years ago, this is the first time I have been so happy with the doctor and her staff. It's a pleasure dealing with an office that is so well run. Someone actually answers the phone when you call. Dr. Yoyakey is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great new patient experience! Front desk was helpful! Kudos to Christie, part of the office clinical staff, she is doing an awesome job! Finally, I want to thank Dr. Yoyakei, she is an exceptional Doctor, very thorough and empathetic! Will be referring family and friends!!

Laverne Christi Alexander, Lurlene and Dr. Yoyakey are kind, caring knowledgeable human beings. Dr. Yoyakey has been my Dr. for over 10 years and I'm in great health because of her. She finally has a great office staff with Laverne Christi and Lurlene. Thank you all so much.
