Nice doctor terrible communication from staff. Asked for a call back from doctor no response. Voice mail stated they do telehealth visits but the rude guy from the answering service says they dont.
all of those 1 star rating comments are total BS. Staff was Great and the Doctor 5 stars. I highly recommend Dr. Richard A. Seidelman, MD
Rude office staff Erica at the front desk was so rude . I had to pick up something and apparently she doesn’t know how to multitask and I waited my turn . She ignored me at first and then I said again excuse me not sure if you heard me . Then she said what am I supposed to drop everything I’m doing . I said you littler just have to each over behind you and it’s right there what I’m here to pick up . She was rude to every single person that walked in the door. I’m not sure if she is new but all the reviews I saw about this office said the same thing the office staff is terrible and they are correct . The doctor is very nice but when you have an office staff who is rude . It’s terrible
Due to a poor examination, I wound up going to the emergency room at JFK having a collapsed left lung due to pneumonia, which 2 days prior was examined by Dr. Seidelman with no indication of any lung problems or pneumonia.
Dr Seidelman told me 2 years ago that my COPD medication isn't needed if I'm not having symptoms, highlighting that it would NOT improve lung function. So I discontinued it. 2 years later my lung function worsened and he recommends resuming that medication to improve lung function. When I attempted to express my disappointment and fear about my health he talked OVER me, gaslighted me and refused to acknowledge what he did. His assistant documented my oxygen level at 81, when it was 95, and didn't listen to me saying I felt the device wasn't connected properly when administering the spirometry test
The best pulmonologist. He tells it like it is.

dr seidelman is ok seems to know his stuff. i have never in my life had office workers so abrupt. they r rude nasty yelling at me on the phone i would not go because of them
Normally don't put in a review this fast but this is an exception. Being a new patient fortunately Dr. Seidelman was able to see us today. Starting with his assistant Mai who thoughouly got all info on such a proffesional & courteous way to seeing Dr. Seidleman. The time spent with us was exceptional & his explanation & diagnosis was better understood then most. Showing us the proper way to use an inhaler was something most would not take the time. A definite 5 star for him & office staff.
Amazing Tactician and doctor the best of the best Excellent specialist takes the time to explain everything to you. Not in it for the money he’s in it for the love of medicine. Highly recommend him. 5 stars

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
