Very displeased with Dr. Dudley front office management. I’m looking for a new doctor after 15 years. Very sad that management is rude, conniving, non-apologetic, and lack customer service skills.

AFTER receiving excessive billing charges, I read online several bad reviews from previous patients about this practice only to find I was experiencing identical issues that others were complaining about. I sent the doctor a not through the patient portal, but was told he never received it. When the doctor called, I was utterly shocked at his verbiage to me and told him I wasn't returning to the practice.

Good doctor.......bad front office staff....they are bad for his business

I would give this office a -100 if I could. There are at least 10 people behind the reception/counter and they cannot even make 1 out of the 10. So unorganized. Small talk between them is more important than the patient. They have no compassion, empathy, they just care about your $$. Dr Dudley is always too busy to see the patients. The nurses and staff are horrible.

I highly recommend Dr. Dudley. He has been my physician for about 20 years and I've found him to be very competent. He is easy to talk to and provides excellent medical guidance that demonstrates his knowledge of medicine. I have often remarked about how well his office is run and the staff are very polite and helpful.

I agree with all of the other reviews. The office is a complete disaster from an Admin standpoint. Over charges, rude staff. I forget the office Managers name as she was vulgar I have never been spoken to like o did by her in my whole life. I know of 3 patients in the last week they lost.
