Serge Alexandre's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Alexander for a few issues following all orders with testing and seeing other doctors. I had a standing appointment and went to the appointment just to find out the doctor no longer takes my insurance. No test results given fir test that he ordered in October because I needed to be seen in office. Might I mention the office had moved to a new location since my last visit. No one would listen to me or a copy of the test results from the test that was ordered could be given to me. Mad and upset because my health is what matters to me. Oh and one of the employees called from her personal cell phone after I left apologizing for the mistake and tried to get some information to help from the doctor with no luck

This office is so unorganized!! If you are going to be close on Saturday, first of all, don’t be giving people appointments, second, change your hours on the door. At least put a sign to let people you are close on Saturdays!!! My grandma and some other patients were waiting for more than one hour for them to open, an old men was there at 8;45 because he had an appointment at 9am. This old man was waiting for so long. Like poor dude.

The Dr. may be great ! However his staff is the most UNPROFESSIONAL group that I have ever spoken too. The entire team in both offices has completely thrown professional courtesy out of the window. They need training and they need it fast, I pray a patient never has a serious emergency in there office because they are in for big trouble. I hope that i never have to speak with this office again.

Dr Alexandre is a very good doctor. I have been around many physicians throughout my life. He is good.

How can I put in words the nurses and Doctor Allison's office those ugly Haitians don't know how to show respect to patients there disrespectful they waste your time and they're the most horrifying people to deal with and when I have a chance I will let dr. Alexander know how his patients are being treated because they mistreated my mother and I am so going to come back to the office and get even with you guys cuz I know you guys read the ratings I don't think if you want Star I give you 0 when I get to talk with dr. Alexandre and believe me your jobs are going to be on the line you do not disrespect any patient especially one that is very sick. And PS I know his family so I know how to get to him and how to let him know how you guys are treating his patients in his own office so keep up the work and see what's going to happen you are so much in trouble I am tired of dealing with you guys they need to get better reliable nurses not you white people don't even do this only you guys do thank you very much....

I am a 12 year breast cancer survivor who could have had a word diagnostic on my secondary breast cancer if it was not for Dr. Alexandre who notice the enlarged lymph node on my neck. He is well versed and compassionate.

Dr Alexandre takes the time necessary to carefully listen to his patients describing their symptoms before rushing them out of the room to go see a specialist, which is by the way, common practice nowadays, even more prevalent here in Florida. You are treated with the dignity and respect a human being deserves. I wish there were more like him upholding such high standards.

Great doctor, very knowledgeable and caring .

The staff has low ability to perform, over difficult tasks, low aptitude, skill, and knowledge. There is a Registered Nurse at the clinic, her name is Marie, her performance is obviously unacceptable and everyone knows it, including herself, I do not know where she got the RN license because she did not go to school for it, she is very good in gossiping about the patients and their diseases.

He is a good doctor he knows what he doing.I ll refer everyone to him.
