My motivation to going to this office was for Cataract surgery with Dr Kubal by a family member from another office practice. I chose this office as it was very close to my home. The numerous pre op office visits were satisfactory but the time in the waiting room exceeded 1 hour between the beginning technician exam and seeing the Doctor. The worst part after my first eye cataract surgery at the surgical center during the post Op surgery day I had to wait in the office for 75 minutes and was only diagnosed for approximately 10 minutes. The office staff does desire more warmth and empathy when exercising their responsibilities.

You will be able to get the best exam you have ever had While they are very good at what they do tho staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. You can always ask them any questions and They listen to all your questions Dr. Kupin is a compassionate and caring person who is interested in helping her patients You are treated like family and not as cargo For the last 20 years, I went to Delray Eye when my ophthalmologist retired ,I felt that I did not know about the rest of the physicians so I asked my family doctor who would she go to. The answer was dr tavla Kupin m d she was so correct in that dr lKupin is a world-class physician I did return to Delray Eye for plastic surgery on the ptosis of my left eyelid which was done superbly. however, I was turned off by the cattle car effect due to the nature of the practice With this in mind the hand I return to this practice

Dr. Thalia Kupin Is an Ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma exactly what I Was looking for. .She is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She is Detailed kind, compassionate in communication with her patients , doesn’t rush through Her explanations. Very nice accommodating office staff. I recommend her highly. C. Morra

While little doubt exIsts based on reviews regarding this physician and glaucoma (which I’ve had for 32 years) I had a pretty standard emergency. I have no doubt this dr could have treated but instead I had to wait for the doctor I normally see in that office. I had to wait over a weekend so three days and purchase eye drops unnecessary had this physician performed a very routine procedure. This is the wrong office for all around general eye care. Sometimes a larger practice is better.
