Simply the best. No longer in practice but he was like no other. Truly cared for his patients and wasn’t the type of psychiatrist to see his patients for 15 minutes and fill a script. He always spent an hour or more with the patients. His last ten years in practice where part time as he had already put in about 30 years in.

Dr. Thomas J. Kelly was a very poor psychiatrist who I would NOT recomend to ANYONE. I believe he FINALLY retired. He was very poor therapeutically, often not focusing on the issues of greatest concern. He was also very insulting to his patients, although I do not believe he meant to be insulting or rude, nor do I believe that his intention was to do so. Additionally, regarding medication management, he wasn't updated in his knowledge of the newer medications which work better and have fewer side effects. He would often go out of town and leave his clients with no contact information or another physician to contact incase of emergency. He was very difficult to get in touch with, and slow to refill medications - often not returning multiple messages left over a span of weeks. Additionally, he is only in his office (or in touch with his clients) on Tuesday through Thursday - even in regards to emergent situations.
