Dr. Tzikas did upper bleph and C02 on me about 9 years ago. I returned to him for lower bleph and C02 a few months ago. He and his staff are amazing. The OR is beautiful. I felt like I was walking into a spa for my procedure, with zero anxiety. Dr Tzikas is the only person I would trust with my face and for a natural result. Cannot wait to return one day for my neck! :)

I had top notch care after my surgery.

Inappropriately aggressive with his recommendations. I'm furious about the outcome. Do not recommend.

This last appointment I just had in November 2022 for injectables I was very disappointed. It was before the holidays, I scheduled a consult with Ileana Tzikus, I let her know I had been to this facility before for injectable's and had a great experience. I was interested in Botox in my forehead, crow's feet and glabella. She said I would need 62 units to take away my lines. It was $16.00 a unit which wasn't cheap but I went for quality. Ileana said if I need touching up after 10 days schedule another appointment, she injected my forehead with 4 more units, 2 units in each side of crow's total and 2 more units in glabella. I waited 10 days and explained and showed her, I had no difference in crow's feet or glabella NEVER TOOK! NO DIFFERENCE lines were very apparent. I paid over $600.00 for 1 Area (forehead)? Very expensive for 1 out of 3 areas that took. My last visit Ileana Tzikus brought Katy the COO in my appointment and said there is nothing more they can do and can't promise you it would take?? I said during the consult it was never mentioned that it may not take? If so I would have never waisted money!!So disguraged..Stephanie K.

I can't understand how so many people had positive results with this surgeon. Prior to going to him, strangers came up to me regularly to comment on my beautiful skin. There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for him to recommend that I have laser treatment on my face. I went to him for totally unrelated issues and, when he told me that I should have the laser, I assumed that with all the five-star ratings, he had to know what he was talking about. Six months post-op, I am left with indentations all over my face, discolorations, bags under my eyes (the main reason that I saw him) and hypopigmentation (permanent white patches on my face). Needless, to say, I've been deeply depressed and wish that I had never walked into his office. I've seen two doctors to determine whether anything can be done to correct my scarred face and, unfortunately, both agreed that my problems are permanent. In addition, both physicians informed me that they don't use a laser on any of their patients because the risks of the laser far outweigh the benefits. I've tried to improve my appearance with various cosmetic products (fillers, concealers, foundations, blurring creams, etc.) for which I've spent hundreds of dollars but indentions and white patches are impossible to hide with cosmetics. When I think of the enormous amount of money that I paid him and the horrendous results of his work, I urge patients who are considering using him to reconsider. I am devastated.

I had such an incredible experience with Iliana the PA! I was so nervous to get Botox because I was afraid it was going to be a painful experience but I was pleasantly surprised. She is truly an artist! Not only was it absolutely painless but I am the type of person that bruises like a banana so I was expecting a face full of tiny bruises as this was my first time. I woke up the next morning with no bruising at all! She is so incredibly talented and makes the process quick, painless and educational. Iliana noted that I am very facially expressive when I speak so she injected the perfect amount of units to ensure my expression wasn’t gone. I am so happy with my results! The only negative aspect of my entire visit was that now I can’t picture life without Botox so she just made my life slightly more expensive! 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be returning! Worth the drive from Miami!

Dr Tzikas came highly recommended so when I went for my initial consultation and was told it would cost $32,000 I thought, well he’s the best, so I went ahead with it. I had 5 procedures done, eyes, lower face and neck, fractional laser, lipografting, and ears. I developed a terrible infection at the surgical site under my chin in the 1st month and had to practically beg them to see me, they kept saying it was normal to have redness, swelling, blood and pus. They put me on antibiotics and it did heal but affected the overall look of my lower face and neck. I went back for my 1 year appointment and he saw that there were some issues. He said he could make it look better with fillers around my lower cheeks/mouth. I went ahead with it. When I was checking out (I bought products there as well) they said that will be $1000.00 for the filler. I was shocked!!! It’s been 16 months since I’ve had my surgery. I look less wrinkled than I did but the eye wrinkles and around my mouth are already coming back. I really thought for the amount of money I spent it would be much better in every way.

I had numerous Procedures at one time by doctor Tzikas, I had my ear lobs shorten and one is a smidgen smaller than the other, before surgery I asked him when he fixes my deviated septum, make my left nostril smaller to match the other, which he did not do (and left a lot of scar tissue in side) and third I asked him before the surgery if he could put my fat in my cheeks and he said I don’t need it. A couple of months after surgery he said, let’s put fat in your cheeks I’ll give you a great price $3700, so I had my dermatologist do it. The other surgery was fine.
