I love being a member at VIO!! They offer a wide variety of both cosmetic and wellness services. I go every month for a facial but have also had laser treatments here. My facials are always very relaxing. I see Ashley H and she assesses my skin and then applies the appropriate products and treatments to address my current concerns. Ashley is very highly skilled and I recommend seeing her for a facial or any other esthetic treatment you need! She has been taking great care of my skin for 2 years. I always feel well cared for at VIO and have also seen other providers for cosmetic treatments and they are very well trained and do a wonderful job. VIO has hired wonderful women both in the reception area and in the treatment rooms to ensure that everyone has a smooth and relaxing visit!

First time here and I am absolutely impressed! It’s beautiful, clean and smells great. All the staff were incredibly friendly and offered me coffee and/or water. Yari educated me on all the different products, risks, what to expect etc. she made me feel at ease and talked me through the entire process since it was my first time getting lip filler and I barely felt it. She’s also a perfectionist which I appreciate and made sure she loved her work before sending me on my way. She was amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to this med spa since it opened a few years ago, although recently it changed ownership the staff has remained there fortunately. I’ve been a very happy customer because of the amazing pleasant staff there. They definitely all rock. I’ve had a few different treatments but laser hair removal is my primary reason. I’m not always looking forward to it, as some days I’m more sensitive but Imani always makes it a pleasure. She definitely delivers when it comes to being a caring and patient caregiver. She is just a pleasure to see. Highly recommend Vio med spa.

Erin took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. She also expertly handled lab work and an injection - I'm a wimp and she was extremely gentle! I am glad she explained different packages / technologies / memberships to me and I feel confident about the work I'll be doing at VIO. :)
