List of Water's Edge Dermatology's Reviews
Office is always pleasant and efficient. Dr Spock has always been good. One of the Dr visits I look forward to.
It starts at the reception desk. They are so welcoming and helpful!Dr. Spock is amazing. He answers all of your questions and is interested in each patient. Highly recommend this dermatology office.
Dr. Spock instilled confidence in me and had a caring and professional manner. He's a 'keeper!' However, what stood out in particular during my visit were the office staff and nurse. I have NEVER been to a doctor's office where the staff were so warm, friendly, kind and professional. It was a unique pleasure and I would absolutely recommend. Thank you.
Always efficient and thorough. Very pleasant and helpful staff
Very disappointed. Wasted $ 800.Dr Lácy (Delray Office)was very friendly and professional, but she didn’t applied the Filler correctly.Still have the same deep line I showed her.. when I called the receptionist said that I would have to by another syringe. Very sad !!! Never again
All staff pleasant and polite. Dr. Spock Efficient & Patient while explaining your diagnosis and treatment.
I saw Dr. Lacey and she was friendly, listened and very nice. The office ataff was amazing too.
I have been a patient of Dr. SPOCK for over 5 years. He is professional, caring and very friendly. He has removed a lot of various cancers from my arm and face. I will hole heartily recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
I will always be grateful to Dr. Spock and his team for discovering a precancerous growth on my back that required a little in office surgery to be removed. I skipped my annual check up last year and finally went in to see him when i was concerned about another issue which turned out to be harmless.Get your annual checkupsfolks. Thanks again Dr. Spock.
Office clean and very nice staff but I went a month ago and they still haven’t submitted the prior authorization that’s needed for two of my medications. I’ve left messages for the manager, clinicians and even spoke to one who took my info yet she never submitted the prior authorization. It’s frustrating to go to a place where people don’t do their jobs because it now falls on me having to constantly call and reach out for them to get the job done and they still don’t. I should of gone anywhere else but here. Not having the medication that the doctor prescribed me a month ago because of lack of work from the staff is unacceptable. The number listed is a general number, you can’t even speak to the actual people in that location, they always ask you to leave a message because none of the options are ever answered by anyone. Don’t bother leaving a message, it won’t be returned. Everything is just a waste of time.Update: 09/30I spoke to a manager by the name of Alexa (only because I reached out to them again yesterday) who assured me someone by the name of Gerald would call me by the end of the day yesterday- no one called. I called this morning and they said they had to take a message. No manager was available to speak to. So it’s just a back and forth game that gets you no where. I took a day off to go to to this place now I have to take another day off to go see another dermatologist. Those automatic responses that they give in the reviews are lies, they don’t reach out to you. I give up on this place. Dr. carp was great, it’s sad his staff is so incompetent that he loses patients because of it

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
