This office is a mess. I have been billed continuously for device interrogations despite specifically requesting they not be conducted. The office manager confirmed months ago that they would stop, apologized, and confirmed she would remove the charges. This was after attempting multiple contacts that were never returned until I left a review. Now, magically, I received a bill for every single month this year for device interrogations I don’t need. The level of disorganization and negligence of communication is disgusting. For the record, I have Long QT disorder, an extremely rare genetic arrhythmia problem. To cause a patient this much stress repeatedly through fraudulent billing (yes, fraudulent, because I was specifically told these device interrogations would stop by the office manager herself) demonstrates how little compassion this staff has for its patients.

He did not show up for my pacemaker procedure. He change the time at the last minute then forgot about it. Left me in pre op for hours. No apology, just blaming the hospital and his own staff. Nothing got done. He sounded like a scared cricket about to get the hook put in him. He knew he had screwed up but was neither man enough nor professional enough to admit it. Avoid this fruitcake at all costs.

Dr Vivas is a God send. He cured my A-Fib with ablation . He AND his staff are friendly, courteous and always willing to answer questions,, help with concerns and follow up.

Dr. Vivas is a talented physician. I am so pleased with the results of my ablation performed July 28 this year. I am again able to live a full life. His staff is caring and efficient. Blessings to all in the medical profession who are working so hard to keep us healthy.

The worst place on earth. Vivas had a scheduled heart procedure for my 86 year old mother at delray medical center. My wife flies to Florida in order to help my mom. They arrived at delray medical center at 7:30 as directed by a nurse the day before. They wait 2 hrs in waiting area. 9:10 they call my mom in ready to have the procedure. She changes clothes she gets an IV and oxygen in the nose all standard. Vivas never showed up for the procedure. They say they have no idea where he is. Called the office of Dr Vivas they you guessed it had no clue where he was and then got the go to phrase in Florida he had an emergency. With modern technology I guess they couldn't let my mom, wife, or Delray medical center know he had an emergency. Geezz totally incompetent.

Dr.Yoel Vivas has been my EP for the past 3 yrs.He has given me my life back! Not only is he the most brilliant arrythmia specialist in his field He is the most caring physician I have ever know.You could not get better care if you went to the most prestigious Hospital in the USA.Plus his staff is amazing and extremely professional. Also his associate Dr.Mora is also an amazing physician.Dr.Mora recently implanted a watchman in my lAA and now I no longer have to take Blood thinners.He did an amazing job! This is truly what first class health care schould be like.

Dr Vivas knew exactly how to treat my issue and he did it so that my "down time" was minimized. His follow up is excellent as his concern for his patients.
