Yvette Tivoli's Online Review Report Card

Professional, friendly and excellent treatment was provided to me by Dr. Yvette Tivoli. I am very satisfied with her care and highly recommend her and Atlantic Derm.

Does not listen. Was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. She came in and hardly looked twice at me before barking out prescriptions for a medical assistant to write down. She never let me speak about my issues. She simply prescribed me things, which I've already tried and didn't work for me, and she didn't even give me the time of day to discuss other options.

Worst experience ever. Dr. Tivoli is the worst professional in the medical field that my wife had been treated by. She just want to take your money. No hospitality skills and she does not even know what she is doing. Makes mistakes at your expenses, physically, mentally and monetarily speaking. She will say that there was a misunderstanding because you don’t speak English. She had my wife to do the same biopsy twice and charged us hundreds of dollars for nothing. Told her to buy some lotions and pills and to stop using them the very same day. Waste of money and time. If you like to be treated horrible while being robbed of your money, being lied and made fun of, go there. She has some nerves. Otherwise stay away from her.

I saw Dr. Tivoli a few times over the last 8 months at her Weston location (Riverchase Dermatology) & was never properly diagnosed. Each time I went to see her she was giving me random creams that made my condition worse. When I tried to call the office to consult w/ the clinical team before coming in for follow up, I was never able to reach them & nobody listens to the voicemails. If you want to see the doctor or talk to anyone, you have to make an appointment, & whether or not they actually are able to diagnose you, you will have to pay. So I kept paying for appointments & expensive prescriptions only to get no solutions or help from the office. I finally went to my primary care & she diagnosed me quickly & my issue was fixed. For the last month & a half I've tried to reach Diana, the office manager, to discuss the last outstanding bill that I have & I haven't been able to get her to call me back. I've approached the situation calmly and nicely and it doesn't seem to get me anywhere.

I was initially scheduled to have a couple of moles looked at but after arriving Dr. Tivoli recommended a full body scan - and was able to do it that appointment; no rescheduling needed. I was very nervous (because of the reason for my visit) but David at the front desk put me right at ease with his genuine friendliness. He treated other patients as though they were family. He spoke so kindly to them and even remembered their names! Dr. Tivoli was very kind and helped to ease my nerves. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I never once felt uncomfortable, rushed, or taken advantage of. No procedures were pushed on me and she spent time with me again at the end of the appointment to make sure I understood everything. For such a stressful reason to visit Dr. Tivoli I am very thankful that I chose her office. I highly recommend Dr. Tivoli to everyone!

A really pleasant experience, from scheduling with David, to a thorough, and personalized skin examination by Dr. Tivoli. A welcome contrast from the rushed indifference I've come to know. As a redhead, my skin is a dermatological wonderland, and Dr. Tivoli explained every nuance of my freckled landscape. Also, appreciated the Patient Handout with details about the exam that I'm likely to forget. I would highly recommend Dr. Tivoli and staff.
