ZERO STARS!!!! If I could give zero starts I would. I called and left a message for a new patient appt for an urgent referral as I broke my ankle and need surgery. I received no return call, so I called back again and spoke with Joe; when he said the first available was not until May31st, I advised him that I needed an emergency referral and asked if there was any way to be seen sooner and his response was "GO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR" WOW!

The answer to the wait is to go find another doctor.

If I can give ZERO stars I would ! Not only do they not answer the phone and I’ve been calling for two weeks literally (at different hours) if not longer to get an appt. They finally answered today to say next availability isn’t til the end of the month. Ok . Cool . Well as I’m trying to still get info, I said thank you and the girl was obviously getting frustrated with my questions (Wendy ) and hangs up on me . Yea, definitely did not appreciate the customer service and definitely turned me away from even wanting services from this office. Smh it doesn’t cost you anything to be kind Ms.Wendy .

Had appointment on Monday, I will never go back. I should of known better once I walked in but stayed because I need a PCP. This office and front staff was so unprofessional. It's like didn't know how to speak up. They mumbled and I have no clue half the time what they were saying. Open y'all's mouth and speak. Then OMG the Doctor, she was questionable. Dr. Gomez Loez was friendly , I was asked several times what medication I wanted. You are the doctor. Not me!! I filled out paperwork and didn't seem concerned about my health issues I listed or the things I told her. I haven't been to a doctor n a while and this is why. If seeking drugs this is the office for you.

Caring & professional bilingual staff. My doctor is very knowledgeable and I'm feeling better since I'm seeing him.

Estamos muy molestos con la INCOMPETENCIA que proyecta, hoy día, el personal de esta oficina. El Paciente Tiene que Supervisar el trabajo de los oficinistas pues, usualmente hacen lo que no es. Al parecer, les molesta cuando el paciente le reclama algo. Ejemplos: Citas confirmadas con el paciente y no en el Calendario del Doctor o ese día el Doctor no está. Medicinas para rellenar y la orden no llega a la farmacia aún después de varias llamadas a esta oficina. Ordenes de Laboratorio con Nombres de pacientes equivocados a pesar de haber verificado con esta oficina. En palabras cortas, COMETEN MUCHOS ERRORES BÁSICOS! ------------------------------ I N C O M P E T E N C I A ----------------------------

SCAMMERS. They took my insurance card TWICE, charged me a co pay TWICE. Had me wait in the room for literally an HOUR not kidding. I was livid and felt “what’s the point of setting an appointment”?.. I leave and about a week later I find out I was charged twice totaling around $300 something. I’m not paying that. They cannot charge me two co pays and accept my insurance and play dumb then charge me that amount. FORGET THAT. NEVER WENT BACK, NEVER GOING BACK. Scammers.

Told me to be there at 9. Office was locked until 9:10 and then the front office receptionist was kinda stand off ish. I just walked out. Steer clear of this place if you care about good health care.

Excellent Customer Service Dr was very friendly and knowledgeable and front desk he make you feel welcome and able to help. Thank You.

Will never go back, Dr is good but staff not so good. They need to be trained on communicating proper reasons patients are there. They also need to be trained on HIPA, they should know better. They need to be truthful to patients if something has to be cancelled and not have them wait for 2hrs with lies and then tell the truth. Very disappointed with the staff treatment. They also need to answer phones timely and update business cards if any number changes.
