First Choice Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

My experience for being here had been awesome their always quick and the nurses and staffs are always polite this will forever be my spot to come

I wanted to really like this place. Good location and the staff are friendly. But I cannot recommend this place for a few reasons1. $100 charge each visit for PPE due to Covid. What are you spending $100 on?? I could understand a $10 charge.2. They charge higher than most pediatricians for on call. I get someone needs to be paid to be available but it seems like this office wants to nickel and dime you.3. It’s been impossible to get a sameweek appt at this location. I’m always rerouted to Sanford when they say they offer same day appointments.4. Due to the reasons above I decided to switch to a new office and they have been a nightmare to get my child’s paperwork switched to the new office.

Most of my experiences have been pretty good but a few times some of the doctors have been VERY combative. My son is about 21 months old and has seen about 7 different doctors at this location in Deltona FL. This can be very frustrating at times because by the time you get used to a Dr heshe has moved on.Recently I inquired about a doctors note from my sons doctor Sussi Vivar to allow me to remain working remotely from home until a Covid Vaccine would be available for children. This is the best course of action for my sons SAFTEY and was DENIED. Multiple times by the nurses I would be disconnected giving me run around with answers. One nurse said the Vaccine wont protect your child from the Virus. Another nurse said everyone is a high risk subject with or without the Vaccine....And to top it off my sons doctor Vivar would not even speak to me about this subject at allIm highly disappointed in this practice and will be moving on for my sons safety because it clearly shows they dont care.

Was a wonderful experience

Dr Vivar was exceptional. My son is special needs and has a tough time with drs but she was absolutely wonderful. Very observant to the point and extremely helpful. She provided excellent service. The m.a was also very kind. All in all this office was amazing. And the receptionist were very welcoming and made it a very comfortable understanding environment.

They dont ever answer the phone cant get no help with the web site to even to register the kids to even get an appointment I been trying to get someone to help me and to get my kids and appointment for months now

We couldnt be happier to have Dr. Singer in our family. She cares for our son and provides quality care above and beyond what is expected.

First time I went there my daughter wanted nothing to do with the lady who help us Which is odd cause normally my daughter loves everybody. Basically rude and not patient. I should’ve left at that point and never went back but I gave it a second chance. They were OK until a Follow up Appointment To wait an 2 hours for basically the doctor to tell me nothing. Also the wait time is really annoying 30mins to call you back 5mins to see you another hour and 5mins of there time. Now how they’re scaring people. When you check in on their tablets They ask you all these questions upfront things that don’t apply at that moment. For example I had my daughters physical was jn March now it is July I need documentation to register for VPK and because I clicked something on the tablet that I didn’t apply now then it’s $10 for the shots and her physical. I wasn’t sure also that I was going to put her in VPK this year so now it’s costing me and it’s just like they’re her healthcare provider I’m already paying for her health insurance why can’t they just give me my daughters information. I’m very upset by this because it’s literally a scam in my opinion. People have a right to their information especially from their doctors not a cost.
