The scheduling team keeps rescheduling me just before my appointment date with reasons like we over booked the Dr. Or she doesn't accept new patients in the morning. This happened on 3 different appointments. When they attempt to reschedule my appointment they try to push me out another 1 to 2 months. I still have not been able to see my pcp yet.

Dr. Pineiro and staff was/is amazing. She related to me in some ways and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is Very patient and didn’t rush me out of the office as what some doctors do when they have other patients. Very pleased with my new Primary care office and Doctor. Thank you

Dr. Piniero is my primary doctor. She is amazing and has great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her.

I have never experienced such incompetency in a Doctor before. She is denying my last appointment with her regarding refills and even told me she was sending it to the pharmacy as we spoke. The Pharmact ( the next day when I went to pick up) received a cancellation right after they received the script. Then, absolutely no response from her team. They ended up sending a duplicate of my former dose. When I spoke to her she was extremely combative and was not remembering ME! She kept saying that my daughter (what?) I have no daughter, was a friend of the pharmacist and increasing my dose on my own she was recommending. This woman appears to be. She told me I would have to see a psychiatrist but forgot I already see one. She appears to be playing games with me and has not given an explanation as to why she cancelled that scripts right after it was sent in. Total incompetent and down right mean person!

I just walked out of my first visit with Dr. Pineiro. As a new resident of Deltona, I am thrilled to know she will be my Primary Physician with Cigna. Very personable, detail oriented, caring, great patient manners, conscientious, etc…. Any good attributes would fall under this Dr’ description! I look forward to a long lasting relationship as my Dr, and also to great medical attention for my many problems. Thanks!
