Shirley Yacoub MD and her nurse Xiomara always provides exceptional customer service. My last visit Dr. Yacoub went over Quest Diagnostics results in detail. Its a good feeling to be treated with dignity and respect during these difficult times

Your phone customer service SUCKS apparently you dont have any Last week daughter was on hold 2 hours drove to the office and showed her phone SHE WAS STILL ON HOLD. The next day she had 911 called on her had a triple bypass surgery over the weekend. Discharge notes see PCP 1 day TODAY makes 3rd day still UNSUCCESSFUL. Have left multiple messages on the 2nd day have yet to receive a call back from anyone and no one answered at all 1st or 3rd day. Recording does not give lunch hours website does and different phone . Well lunch is over Ill begin calling again This is RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

If there was a score below 1 star I would give it to the office staff. I called today 8221 1 hour and 52 minutes later the office closed 25 minutes ago

I call and leave message and i call all morning still no one pick up. I like it in the beginning but sense they move behind the hospital sucks You have to go personal to make a appt. And.there answers service no good Im planning to look for other doctor. For me and my son

I have been seeing Dr. Yacoub for a while and I absolutely love it. She takes her time and I can tell she genuinely cares. I never have to wait. Im usually right in and out. Im extremely happy with Halifax Health.

Trying to get a referral put in is like pulling teeth. They change doctors every 6 months and now they don’t even hire doctors anymore just Nurse Practicioners and they don’t stay longer than 6 months1y so every time you go in for an annual you’re assigned to a new Nurse practitioner .

I had my 1st visit last month. Because of my condition I required a stat referral to a psychiatrist. I have an appointment today to follow up yet I still havent received the referral. I have had 4 grand mals seizures in the past week because no one can prescribe the one medication that keeps the seizures at bay. I spend a majority of my time in and out if the hospital but if I had my medication I could live somewhat of a life. I gave two stars because everyone was kind to me even though I didnt receive the care I need. Because I have not received my referral and I spent all night in the hospital again I dont see any point in coming in today since the medical staff dont do anything to help.
