Me and my wife went to the ER on Saturday 1023 at 630 am first thing the receptionist was a very rude person and the nurses are very unprofessional I will definitely choose another hospital next time I need one poor service I’m completely disappointed

Im from Louisiana and I thought we had bad hospitals. Went there 3 days ago with my child running 101 fever and hurting in lower back. Well another child comes in after us with a rash and they call them first. Secondly Dr was rude after 4 hours and an ex Ray on her lungs never mentioned lung problems long story short my child is still running fever and she got prescribed acid reflux medicine

This is the worst hospital it had so much potential. However the nurses in the emergency room are unprofessional. We waited for hours until someone came to see my son. I asked for a blanket and one of the nurses rolled her eyes. The tech was sweet enough to help my son. I will never come back here. I will stick with Advent Health

BeatricePhysical Thearpy girl badgered me to walk for 30 minutes when I was having the stroke.3 days of verbal torture from nurses

Staff is absolutely amazing I loved this primary care until it’s been TWO WEEKS attempting to get a hold of someone on the phone. No answer. TWO WEEKS

5 hours in the waiting room…two hours in the back not one doctor came to check up on me i walked out nothing was done.. people where waiting their prior for more then 4 hours.. it’s a nope never for me…

My husband was taken by ambulance to this ER Whoa never again I’m sorry but where I come from kindness goes a long way. The nurses here have no care or concern about you. First doctor said he had cellulitis and was sending him home with antibiotics. My husband had fallen like 20 times in 2 wks. They were allowing my husband to walk to the restroom by himself I think they were listening to me talk to my husband and FINALLY the nasty no personality nurse said you need to sit down your a fall risk Hahaha isn’t that funny then… they released him and did NOT even walk him out or wheel him out. Had to walk from room 11 past all the other rooms th n to parking lot ALONE. I was sooooo mad and there is other stuff too but if the nurses were nice and cared things would have been so much different. So if you want caring nursesdoctors I would say go somewhere else BTW.. had to pick 1 star but does not deserve that

At 3AM on June 26 2021 I arrived at the ER hobbling in due to a bicycle accident 2 days earlier. In such pain due to contusion on my hip and leg that I couldnt even stand up straight. No one was in the waiting area and the person at the reception desk did not even look up or acknowledge I was there. I felt that I was interrupting their break time. After an xray and CT scan that did not show any broken bones I was left alone to hobble out of the facility with no attending person to see that I didnt fall as I exited. Very poor bedside manner by all. I do not recommend this facility. The care was less than barely adequate.

Most horrible place to be at Security is terrible with explaining anything. Simple question are just disregarded and just repeats like a robot with out explaining. Such beautiful hospital and kind nurses and DRs. Subject to such horrible security guards.

If I can give them a 0 I would. They have you waiting for hours to then call on people that came hours after you. To then tell patients they dont know why. There is no hand sanitizer in the area where they put you and assistance to your needs. They all look like they are just here for a paycheck not to help the people that are sick. We asked for a blanket over 4 hours ago and still waiting for it. Extremely poor customer service the PA saw two patients right in front of us WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO HIPA this is crazy.... 4 hours in this area and they strayed two chairs and that was 3 12 hrs ago.... COVID PRODOCODE my A%% get your things in order or retrain your employees....
