As a past patient of this doctor, one of hisThis employee throw my medical file on an outdoor table which is located near the front entrance. This employee refused to give me her name. This is first hand information. My medical file was just left unattended by this employee.

Dr Nguyen is a fantastic doctor. Very educated with a good sense of humor. His office staff has improved, but not always friendly. They rarely answer the phone and you always need to leave a message. I gave 4 stars for the Dr., he's worth seeing.

First time visit to this dr. I must complement I met with the doctor today and not a PA . He is very knowledgeable and listened attentively. He made a thorough exam of my main complaint. I recommend Dr. Ngyuen and his great staff. Kind, clean friendly and professional! Thank you

Dr. Henry Nguyen was highly recommended to me by Dr. Lamling Li ... Li Plastic Surgery for Dr. N's ability to diagnose and treat a deviated septum. I called ENT & Sinus Center to set an appt with Dr. N. When I called, the lady answering the phone asked if I could be placed on hold. I agreed. I was on hold for a total of 25 minutes and then the call disconnected... at 20 minutes, while on hold I called the office from my landline. A message came on to leave a message so I did telling them they left me on hold through mu cell and I was calling on the landline... at 25 minutes the cell call terminated on it's own. About 30 minutes later I received a return call from "Pam"... she was extremely rude and unconcerned about my 25 min hold time. She curtly stated that they had 3 providers all busy with another 3 staff members and a student so they don"t have anyone to answer the phones. I told her, had the lady who asked me if I could hold... would have told me to call back later because the office was slammed and understaffed... I would have done so, but to leave me on jold for 25 minutes and having the call terminated... was not cool... her reply was, "what do you want me to say? Things happen so what do you want me to do?" We proceeded with our conversation a oit setting an appointment and wanted me to know the surgery could cost up to $25,000.00... I hadn't even had a consult yet! She then advised if I had an authorization from my primary, based on my insurance it would cost $30.00 co-pay. Pam had an extremely rude tone throughout the conversation. After I hung up, I thought ...well if this is how poorly they treat a new patient... how bad will it be to resolve any complaint after any treatment. So as much as I trust Dr. Li's referral, I will not be booking an appt with Dr. Henry Nguyen BECAUSE OF Pam's rude and I don't give a damn attitude. Even if they are sooo good and popular and in demand for Dr. Nguyen's services... Pam should have a more polite and caring attitude when returning a patient's phone call. This provider is not a good fit for me... I hope other patients get better customer service than what I received.

Dr. Henry H. Nguyen is a great doctor with compassion and passionate questions and answers. My complaint is with the front desk young lady receptionist with no customer service and tired non compassionate or kindness response. I had an appointment with no mask but her dry and no helpful or compassion at a time of duress was not necessary and should be trained more. I asked for the manager which she quickly snapped that I should have bring a mask but sometimes your patients forget and need help. I eventually had a patient over hear my stressful situation and gave me a mask. What kind of health establishment doesn't have a mask to provide? Maybe even suggest a few buildings very close is a place that sells them cheap but nothing. Even if you stressed or are tired at a health center or understaffed, you are working to help patients for your throat or ENT sinus so a little more kindness in your voice and approach would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day its been a pleasure on speaking with Dr. Nguyen.

I don't know where to started. They charged me a copay. After 3 visits I called me insurance and they told me I don't have a copay with specialist. After see him 3 time and paying a bill and copay ( remember I shouldn't be paying)every time I came. They wouldn't take me to the back until my balance was paid. He said I needed a ct scan done, He has the machine in office but wait I have to pay 250 to get that done. Next visit he sent me to get a MRI. The office never called me to set up a appointment to get the resolves. I stop by and asked for a appointment. I was told he was booked until the end of July. It May 11. After waiting a Month to get my resolves. He come in and apologize about not get a call. Then he starts tells me about him be short handed and losing employees. Then he looks at my mri and tell him he can't help me. That I need to go see one of his friends. It's been a week and I haven't Heard from anyone in that office. Do yourself a favor go some where else.

Dr. Henry H Nguyen has been extremely involved with me having Thyroid Cancer and METS to several major organs. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Nguyen in 2018. He performed the original thyroidectomy. Which is the complete removal of your thyroid. You're sentenced to a lifetime blood tests and hormone treatments. Trying to figure out what med and strength you need. His bedside manner isn't the best . Let's be honest he's not there to be your friend. He's straight forward and means business. His staff is wonderful. Making appointments is one in a sinch. His office is semi updated in the lobby but dude when you go in to get stitches removed from your body and you're strapped to the chair. A super old surgical chair. This is what nightmares stem from. You think to yourself "God, is it now my time?" He then get s closer and closer. You feel life is diminishing and blood is everywhere. That's how I felt when he put a bandaid on my neck. Great I surgeon, not the best communication but if you want that fun in THE torture chair. His address and number is above. (C awesome surgeon for cancer patients)

Terrible! First of all it took over 2 months to get in to see the Dr. I've had a plugged up ear for several months and having problems hearing. It wasn't wax. My primary Dr checked for that and even gave me antibiotics in case it was an infection. But no change. So once I got to my appointment with the ENT, I was asked to fill out the medical paperwork in which I noted that I had had Covid 3 months prior. When the girl at the front desk read that, she told me the dr won't see me unless I had proof I was negative. I reminded her it was 3 months prior and I also had received my 2 Covid vaccines. She said it didn't matter. Dr won't see me with out negative Covid report. I was so mad especially since I waited so long to get in. I left and called my primary Dr who had referred me to the specialist and explained what happened. They were very surprised and said they would call the ENT office to see what happened. I found out from my primary Dr that they were told I had said I was there to be seen for sinus issues... and that they require testing for that. I told my primary this was a lie!! I never said that. I had told them it was for my ear. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this specialist. Luckily, My Primary was able to get me authorization to another Specialist with whom I confirmed no prior Covid testing is needed to be seen.
