Dr. Arellano is amazing, saw him first time to go over my scans for my bilateral inguinal hernias, he was very patient, full of information and answered all my questions without rushing me. He did my surgery and called me himself afterwards and answered all my questions and concerns.

On going issues 3years after surgery, doctor doesn’t want anything to do with me. Refuses to address issues from the start right after surgery and passed me off to other doctors he found online.

Dr. Admad, Agarwala & Arellano all work as a team. So when you go for visits all of them will know your history and are ready for your procedure. The surgery was quick, efficient and pretty much painless. I also had a hernia repair and that caused more discomfort then the sleeve. I am grateful that these Dr's provided me with the information and seminars to get support. Fear is a factor that could definitely detour you have having gastric surgery. But I have to say I am 9 pounds down one week from surgery, and 48 since I started this journey 6 months ago. I knew this was my only option after 26 years for being over 200 pounds and some days close to 280 I needed to change or my life would change on it's own. Taking charge is the first step, the doctors, dietitians will help you transform your life, one step at a time. I am grateful for this experience.
