I was admitted to Halifax Health Center for appendicitis. Dr. Bautista was the surgeon who spoke with me. He was very thorough and presented my options. He answered my questions and ultimately performed the appendectomy.His follow-up was thorough with many questions being asked of me. I had no concerns and have scheduled a followup as required. I would have no problem returning to see Dr. Bautista as he is a competent physician.

I have been trying to book a appointment for 3 weeks now. Amanda will not book appointment and repeatedly asking for my insurance information and my name and keeps saying they did not receive a referral from my pcp which my pcp stated they stated they faxed in 2 times. Amanda is Very unprofessional and kept putting me on hold and picking up and asking me over and over what can they help me with. I gave Amanda my insurance information on the first attempt to book a appointment 2 weeks ago.

Excellent office staff. Excellent nursing staff. Excellent descriptions of surgery plan beforehand. Very personable. Excellent results from surgery (which is the main thing). Follow up was excellent, even including a personal call from the doctor, not the staff!. I would definitely highly recommend

I had a appointment with Dr. Bautista yesterday. Both he and his staff were excellent in every aspect of the service provided. I will be having my surgery on Monday and I'm certain the surgery will also be at the Excellent level.

Complete jerk. Very rude. Will never ever go back to see him and will never ever recommend anyone to go see him and if I hear about anyone going to go see him I will persuade them to not go to him. He should not be a doctor. Doctors should not be like that. Very rude.

Dr Bautista is amazing!!!!! He is one of the few doctors left that actually cares about the well being of his patients. When I went to Dr Bautista, I was in and out of the emergency room for serve gall bladder attacks, all the er did was want to give me prescriptions for pain medication.. At this point I had a stack of about 10 unfilled prescriptions for pain medication.. I made my appointment with Dr. Bautista, at the time I had no insurance - Dr Bautista and his wonderful staff were willing to put me on a payment plan but the hospital wanted all their money up front.. So I had to wait for insurance, upon receiving my insurance. I went back and had Dr Bautista removed my gall bladder. I received excellent medical care and so glad I choose Dr. Bautista and I highly recommend... Dr. Bautista and his staff were very accommodating... I am doing wonderful since having my gall bladder removed in the beginning of the year... Thank you for actually caring about your patients...
