I am so very disappointed in their unorganized way of communicating and billing. I was told no co-pays,then I went home. A week later I get a co-pay bill of $25 . I pay it with a check. They then send me a second bill even though I already paid it. My carbon copy check is proof, however it never cleared so who knows what happened to it. Now they out source so you can't talk to the office directly. I guess I gotta go in to the office to clear this up.

Dr. Terwilleger is thee best! His staff is amazing and treat you like family. They never make you feel rushed and they listen to all of your concerns. Sandra is amazing with children and my daughter just loves them all.

Just wanted to give a wonderful shout out to Dr. T and his Staff! My girls have been seeing Doctor T for years now and they all love him! He is so detailed, caring and we always get the best care anytime we need it. The staff is amazing, especially Sandra. She always makes me laugh and is straight to the point in caring for my girls without hesitation. Thanks for always getting them in anytime we need you! To Dr. T and staff :O)

I love Dr. T! He had been seeing all three of my children since birth! I love all the nurses there. They are great with my son who is rambunctious, as well as my other two daughters. Dr. T always listens to my concerns and gives me natural remedies as well as gives my children what they need if they are sick. I trust his judgement in a lot of things and give great tips! Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. T for about three years now. I didn’t think to leave a review until I recently started a new job that relies heavily on online reviews. I was shocked to see his average reviews so low. Dr. T has taken care of my 4 kids from 18 months to 12 years old. He does not rush you. He always welcomes questions. He educates you. Whenever I need one of them to be seen quickly, they accommodate. They have initiated referrals to specialists when needed or when I’ve requested it. His staff has been very attentive, friendly and professional. Sandra and Holly are the best! Thank you all for the work you do, dealing with sick kiddos AND their parents is no easy task! As a nurse myself…I could not do it! Not my cup of tea! Lol 👏 👏

I was sad when I had to find a new pediatrician because my insurance changed, but I’m glad that I found this place. Everybody there is so nice, and the doctor doesn’t rush, you could ask all the questions you have to ask and he will make sure to make you feel comfortable before you leave those doors. I’m thankful that I found him.
