Dr. Tawadrous is a caring doctor. He appears to be on the cutting edge of medical knowledge and is able to gently persuade patients to accept treatment. He is humble and so unlike a lot of arrogant doctors which has a calming effect. He listens.

Although Tawadrous appears to be a decent doctor, his staff are sub-intelligent and incompetent. The staff made several mistakes when scheduling my appointments. I arrived at the time of my afternoon appointment only to be told that my appointment was scheduled for the morning. I NEVER MAKE MORNING APPOINTMENTS. When my insurance company needed verification of a prescription, the office manager did not know how to do that. I had to have another doctor verify the prescription just to get the critical medical. When a specialist I see for my melanoma retired, the office manager referred me to a specialist 2 hours drive from my residence. I found two well-respected specialists within walking distance of my residence and asked the office manager for a referral to either specialist. Instead, the office manager referred me to a specialist 3 hours drive from my residence! During all this chaos, Tawadrous refused to get involved, claiming that is his staff's responsibility.

Dr T is a awesome, very knowledgeable and explains everything , he genuinely cares and gives you that sense that he will walk you through any concerns you have and will work to get you a resolution. The girls in the front and the nurse are amazing as well friendly and helpful.I recommend this Dr and office.
