Not sure how they are still in business. This place is an absolute joke from the foundation up. Just trying to call in for an appointment youll jump through 3 automated voice flaming hoops. Then youll likely be disconnected a couple times when someone picks up and then hangs up. If you are finally able to get a televisit youll be lucky if the doctor doesnt leave you waiting for an hour or longer. If you get an inperson visit you are rushed out the door as fast as possible. My doctor didnt stay in the room long enough to warm the chair he sat in and I didnt get any answers to my questions. Youre literally better off using WebMD.

Really like this office but Ive been on hold for 40 min. and wasted my entire lunch time trying to set up an appt. Its the second time Ive called. If you want to waste an entire day trying to get in to see a good doctor this place is for you. Is there even anyone there?

The ladies at the front desk were both super nice and helpful Dr. Melody was very sweet. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the care I needed from here but I was pointed in the right direction my Dr. Melody and her staff

UPDATING my review because STILL NO callback. I even spoke to a liaison yesterday and she SEEMED concerned and assured me she would have the Deltona office call me but nothing came of it. TRIED calling them AGAIN today and no human available. Getting really frustrated and ready to find a new practice I like this doctors office BUT as far as getting a HUMAN when you call...TERRIBLE Calls are routed to a call center and they never answer

The worst providers All three at this office Mr. Rodriguez is the worst of them all. He Googles everything as if he obtained his degree from Google he says he will put in referrals and doesn’t. He told me I can up my medication if I WANT but turns around and says my health is great. Why change if I’m in great health?? It’s bc I told him that other doctors say different. I’ve been to the hospital twice after seeing him a week before. Check reviews for all locations there not good. I wish I would’ve Doctors don’t show up and cancel same day. They don’t call for Tele health. I have to remind them of Tele Health appointment... I spend majority of my time waiting in the room and when dr comes in they rush me out. At this point I don’t feel safe going there. I feel like my health will suffer. Doctors flip flop and keep throwing different ideas instead of providing consistent accurate info. In the past month my OB have helped me more than they have ever. Send out referrals testing and more Hospital doctors and OB advised me to find a another PCP and provide me with a list. With that being said I’m changing my provider completely Will definitely be reporting this office.

Ive pretty much always had at least a decent experience at FHS Deltona. Ive been going there on and off for many many years.There has been the occasional provider I didnt care for but all its taken is asking the front desk to switch me to another and presto done Koback and Rodriguez are the two providers I recommend highly. Both will listen intently ask questions to make sure they understand and both will take their time talking to you to make sure they answer all your questions.Unfortunately I do have to mention that I think Dr. Mancini is a joke. My mom seems to love him but Ive been to serveral of my husbands appointments he is dealing with huge medical issues and I like to stay fully informed and he has walked in from the very first appointment and spoken to me. Knowing my husband is the patient and my husband being able and willing to discuss his care he will direct all questions and comments to me in spanish as if my non spanish speaking husband was not there. He always seems completely lost and its clear he doesnt know who my husband is. I dont expect you to know every single one of your patience but at the very least take a min before walking into the room to know a little bit about who you are about to speak to. Most Dr will at least have an idea of your last conversation either from memory or looking at past notes before coming in. But not him. Not ever not at all.The ladies at the front are mostly helpful and friendly. They have a tremendous workload and I understand that. It can be frustrating to wait upwards of 30 min to get someone to answer your call to schedule an appointment. I usually just make sure to call while I dont have a lot going on in my day and keep the phone on speaker until someone picks up. Or thankfully the office 3 min from my home I will go down and make the appointment in person if absolutely needed. Its not ideal but I have had to do so once or twice. I never go with the call back because I have never once actually gotten a call back. Could it be better? Sure Things can usually improve but Ive never had a situation come up that deserves less than four stars.

My Father Edwin Crespo had a visit today and he just gloated how courteous friendly the staff was The Receptionist was very sweet P.A Melanie was very knowledgeable attentive professional .She made me feel really comfortable had great bedside manner . great visit
