Doctor lied about my ultrasound results!! YOU WILL SPEND MORE HERE!! Almost spent $4k on an unnecessary surgery!! ❌❌🚩🚩🚩 I should have listened to the other reviews. It’s true the doctor wears flip flops, and her staff are rude and unprofessional. I came in to have my IUD removed and the nurse wouldn’t accept that I just wanted it out and didn’t plan to get pregnant. I eventually just told them I was trying to get pregnant just to stop the pestering. They were pushy with inserting another IUD. I should have stopped and left there but I didn’t.. After “searching around” the doctor couldn’t find my IUD strings so sent me to go get an ultrasound and follow back up. During the follow up I asked about the ultrasound report she said everything was “normal” but couldn’t find the strings and I’d need surgery to remove it. Costing me almost $4k after doctor fees, hospital fees, and anesthesia. Scheduling that was a nightmare as her staff just went ahead and scheduled everything according to their convenience not mine. The receptionist would often interrupt me. The doctor was super dismissive of questions and not very informative. Something in my gut told me not to follow through with the surgery and see a second opinion. The second opinion doctor was ABLE TO REMOVE MY IUD IN LESS THEN TWO MINUTES! OH!!! And I ended up learning from my INSURANCE (not the doctor) that I have 14 cysts in need of follow up!!!!! Doctor didn’t mention a thing about those!! I’m so glad I followed my gut and canceled the surgery. I saved so much money and I cant help but wonder if they made me go through all the hoops just to make extra cash on this “necessary” surgery. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I needed to see this doctor for a specific reason but she wanted to do a Pap Smear first since it was covered under my insurance and I had to wait for the results to be able to see her again. The day she took my Pap smear she was in a rush since she was busy with the maintenance person, other patients and checking everything that the front desk team was doing. Next appointment she literally saw me for less that a minute and I had to follow her to the front desk to finish all my questions. She didn’t have the time to talk to me and explore options and listen to my concerns. This doctor is so busy running her business that she won’t have time for you. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. In summary I ended up with a procedure at the Fish Memorial Hospital cancelled the night before because this doctor failed to send the pre approval paperwork to my insurance. The hospital called her several times , even my insurance agreed to speed up the paperwork if she would send the authorization needed but she just did not do it. She and her staff are unprofessional and rude individuals to say the least. My perception is that this doctor doesn’t trust anyone so she has to micro manage personal, front desk, receptionist and does not CARE about helping patients Please save yourself a headache and don’t go to this office. I am still in pain waiting for a procedure that this doctor didn’t have 5 minutes of her time to call or email my insurance.

Very poor bedside manor, when asking about my devistating diagnosis Dr Tawab was annoyed with my questions, tore a paper from a book and gave it to me and left the room. I was 18 and not worth her time. Needless to say I never returned.

I will never come back here again. Bad vibe as soon as I walked in, should have trusted my gut and left immediately. Dr. was literally wearing flip flops when she came in to see me. She immediately lectured me about the type of birth control pills I was taking and not in a nice way. Exam was the most painful I have ever experienced. My exam sample was left with the lid off and I questioned her and she said it was fine. No paper towels or tissue in the exam room either. Do not see her if you can help it.

Since I am a 65 yo woman I have a lot of Experience with these appointments over the years! The men were the worst, this last appointment at this office reminded me of their inability to emphasize with someone in our “position”! I actually hurt for three days after this appointment! I have a very high tolerance to pain, so I don’t need to say any more!

Appointments are in and out with all my concerns addressed. Dr. Tawwab listened to everything I had to say and has been doing everything to figure it out. I feel comfortable and well taken care of here

Today was my first visit with dr Tawwab. I had little to no wait time to go back for my vitals then was in the exam room with the nurse to go over some of my history and reason for visit. The nurse was very pleasant and did not rush me for answers. Which helped with my anxiety because i was there for a pap and have had some experience with unpleasant ones. I waited maybe 5 min.and dr Tawwab came in and greated me quite pleasantly. She did some follow up question and did not rush me. I must say this was the most gentle pap i have ever had. Never flet the spatula barely felt the swab and she was done. I have additional issues and she is acting swiftly to get tests done. I would recommend her with my first impression
