Dr S Calla is excellent caring Doctor. My only issue is with his office and his staff. I have not been able to reach a live person when I call which has gone on for three months or more. One gets automated selection, one leaves a message and no one calls back. If your prescription expires there is no longer anyone to talk to even when Publix sends a fax request, it takes days for a response.. My opinion is: lack of staff which is controlled by Advent Health dragging their feet in the hiring process, saving money as most hospitals must do leaving patients in a quandry..

Dr. Calla is awesome. He has always been thorough and caring and listens to issues carefully. I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need one. Highly recommended!

I am trying to make an appt. and I am on hold for more than 15 minutes. Then when I did get to make an appt. I am told that it is a 3 week wait. Wow!!!!!! They have to do a much better scheduling and customer service job.

last several [4] visits within 2 years the waiting time to see DR. KALLA . has exceeded 45 min.and on one occasion i was charged for extra long visit for having asked too many questions.

Dr. Calla, was polite, attentive, a good listener. He appeared warm and caring. The initial waiting room check in was a Long wait. I sat in the waiting area over an hour before o was called in.
