Very hard to pick a good Cardiologist when you are in a coma and facing 56 days in ICU, but did I ever get lucky when Fate put this player on my team. 3 years later and he is still just as concerned as he was on Day One. Thanks to all the Saints!!!

My father-in-law likes Dr Mayes, but we are pretty disappointed with what's happened and would like the staff to put some attention on their processes. Somehow we've fallen through the cracks twice. For 2 weeks we've waited for a call as my father-in-law sat home with what they called stable angina, though he couldn't walk a quarter mile without chest pain. We finally called yesterday to ask if they'd heard anything from someone they were consulting, the office said they'd call back and didn't. Today my father-in-law went to the ER after 3 hours of chest pain, and the ER doc there put him in an ambulance for Pensacola to get some emergent attention. My brother-in-law and wife are having to cancel a vacation because the office forgot about us, it appears, anyway. This is the second time we had to be a squeaky wheel to get some attention from this office.
